Comfort, breakfast and facilities were a plus.

A little bit overpriced.

Location is good , rooms are alright and has all the facilities i needed

The staff was not trained enough in my opinion lacking a special training for a Movenpick standard (shoupd be much faster service and more efficient)! I extended my stay and booked also two rooms with breakfast and one without breakfast and all the 3 rooms they put on my name and randomly my room they decided it doesn’t have breakfast (7004) so i spent 15 or 20 minutes waiting and checking with the receptionist and after they just refund me without apologies ! Wasted my time when i was really in a hurry to catch a train! And went hungry! Also i have to mention the prices at the bar are like in London and Paris and not prices like it should be in Samarkand and Tashkent (outside of the hotel normal prices)
