Lovely spacious bedroom and shared kitchen which was well stocked, clean and in a welcoming and comfortable shared space with dining area. Shared bathrooms were also spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. The B&B is on a noisy road when traffic is about but this wasn’t noticed inside our bedroom. Close to city centre and amenities, and next door to a large supermarket. We had a lovely comfortable stay and hostess/owner Tracey was easy to contact for check-in.

Inside comfortable and clean and tidy

WiFi signal really poor with constant buffering issues. Not close to Aylesbury centre at all.
