Ένα πραγματικό ησυχαστήριο σε ένα μαγευτικό τοπίο! Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική, με εκπληκτική θέα που σου δίνει κυριολεκτικά την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι μέσα στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώθεις άνετα, σαν να βρίσκεσαι στο δικό σου σπίτι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχοι. Εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι, ευγενικοί, διακριτικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Μας υποδέχθηκαν με κεράσματα και μας αποχαιρέτησαν με μικρά δωράκια, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ξεχωριστοί! Η φιλοξενία τους έκανε την εμπειρία ακόμη πιο όμορφη!!!
Ειλικρινά, δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε. Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε….και ακόμη καλύτερα!!!!

Lo splendido panorama che si gode da tutto il terrazzo che incornicia l'appartamento che è molto ben arredato e accessoriato. L'aria condizionata funziona molto bene anche se non sempre se ne ha bisogno in quanto c'è un'ottima ventilazione naturale. L'atmosfera che si respira è di calorosa e sobria eleganza, grazie allo charme dei suoi proprietari Joulia e Dionisis.
Un'esperienza davvero bella che consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole vivere una vacanza in pieno relax.

It was an accommodation that exceeded our expectations, from the view from the huge balcony to the attention to detail of the apartment. Julia is a professional hostess like I have not found in all the places I have traveled. The accommodation has a parking space in the yard, and in the bay with calm water you can swim or go SUP, the beach is small but it perfectly complements the location

On a adoré la plage privée et la compagnie des chats de la maison) la propriétaire est très accueillante, elle nous a fait des petits cadeaux assez souvent ☺️ Sa fille nous a conseillée des beaux endroits à visiter. Ils nous ont aidé à chaque fois qu’en avait besoin. Si je reviens à Evia , bien sûr on reviendra dans cette maison !
