This comfortable elegant 3B/3B stilt home offers paradise in the Lower Keys. Newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops, new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a Twin Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The French Doors of the Dining and Living area open onto a large back porch with ample seating and dining possibilities overlooking lush tropical landscaping and very large BRAND NEW private dock with NEW boat lift, swim ladder, quiet canal and natural mangroves for privacy. Brand new screen porch added to existing deck. New guest 3rd bedroom and private bathroom has wood floors, Queen Bed, Complete privacy. New addition to be completed December 2022. .2nd Master suite has wood floors, queen bed, and a private full bath with granite countertop. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. French Doors in Master suite open to back porch overlooking private dock on canal and beautiful landscaping. Privacy is rewarded with natural Mangroves across the canal, so you are not looking into somebody else's back porch. 3rd Guest has King bed, wood floors, and its own bathroom. Completed 12/22. All Bedrooms have TVs. Large open area downstairs with barbecue grill, quiet seating area, lush tropical landscaping with palm trees and hibiscus, swim ladder on private dock with electric boat lift, fish cleaning station, private and secluded outside heated shower and many other amenities for relaxation. Landscape lighting offers beautiful views at night in front yard, dock and back yard. Plenty of room for covered parking, RV and a boat trailer. Bahia Honda State Park with its beautiful beaches, Big Pine Key Deer refuge, the Great Heron Refuge, and Looe Key Marine Sanctuary are minutes from our back door to enjoy nature and tranquility at its best. There is ample dining, recreational and entertainment options just minutes away, or drive to Key West just 25 miles away and a 30 minute drive. Canal has quick access to Atlantic Ocean, Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, Picnic Island, Little Palm Island, and easy Gulf access. Perfect for Fishing, Snorkeling, Diving, and Lobstering. Miniature Golf is minutes away at Boondocks and Key West has a lush golf course. There are many dive and snorkeling trips available right near our home. Come get away to paradise in the Lower Keys for relaxation, adventure, and fun in our Coastal home. If you only want to rent 3 bedrooms, the Private Master suite will be locked and the other Master suite is still available. The screened porch is also still available as well. Brand new renovations in 2022 for the additional bedroom and bathroom. Please note- the price quoted per night is for 3 BEDROOMS ONLY. Aqua bedroom at end of photos is the 3rd large bedroom. Our rental was great. The house is as lovely as described and as pictured. The furnishings are so tasteful and reflect the aquatic environment. It is so restful and quiet to sit outside and enjoy the beauty. It is easy to walk to the Tiki hut for Tuesday Trivia or to the highway and catch the Lower Keys shuttle to Key West or Marathon. The new 3rd bedroom is a vacation all on its own.

This vacation rental is top notch!!!! While in an area that was clearly in Irma's path, Dan and Trudy really made sure that this home was in great shape and a prefect rental to be our "home away from home"! We spent two months at this rental home and we were sad when we had to leave! The dock has great fishing and tons of castnetting prospects as well as a plethora of wild life! The iguanas made their daily appearance we watched a few crabs crawling around across the canal and all from a very comfortable back porch that overlooked the canal. The inside of the home had plenty of space to accommodate my husband and I with our dogs! The kitchen is beautiful and we'll stocked to prepare just about any meal you could want. The beds we're comfortable and the bathrooms allowed plenty of space for us to both get ready in! We had family come and stay with us a few weekends and they also fell in love with the house! The tiki bar/restaurant at the beginning of the street was very convenient after a long day of fishing... We didn't have to go very far to have fun! We would recommend this "home away from home" to anyone!!!

We spent November and December 2018 here and enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. Breezeswept Beach Estates is a quite neighborhood with friendly people it is a great place to enjoy a morning walk with the dog and visit with all the other dog walkers. The access to the ocean by boat is great. We have a 19' center console boat that worked perfect there, room to spare. There was plenty of room below the house for the kayaks and bikes that we brought, as well space to park our boat trailer. We were able to use the freezer below the house for keeping frozen bait and fish. That was a big plus. The house was very comfortable, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the back porch in the evening. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The appliances were in great condition, some of them new if I am not mistaken. I would be happy to stay here again and can easily recommend it as a good place to spend some time in the keys. We had a great stay!
