This newly remodeled 2 bedroom home in Little Torch Key is one of the nicest, most thought-out properties in the area, and with extra living space downstairs and plenty of storage, it feels much bigger than it is. Its pirate theme can be seen throughout from the decor, colors and even the door signs when entering each room! You have quick, easy boating access with no bridges to open water and you're only about 7 miles to Looe Key Reef and tons of great fishing and diving spots. 

The interior of the home is all new with new furnishings, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.  From the super functional kitchen to each beautifully decorated room, you will feel right at “vacation home”!  Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in deck overlooking the canal or take a walk around Jolly Roger Estates, one of the most sought after communities in the Lower Keys. Outside is open and spacious with a gas grill, seating, an outdoor shower, plenty of concrete dock space and a fish cleaning table. The canal can accommodate larger boats and people swim it year round as it is flow-through and clear.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a monthly rental. During season (Winter and Summer), we only rent full months at a time, ie. all of January, all of February, all of March. We do not split months, ie. Jan 15 - Feb 15.
