About this house rental
This property, immersed in greenery, is located on the border with the Tuscan Maremma and was once accommodation for hunters. Today on the property there is an organic farm and the equestrian center FISE. In the park, about 100 meters from the villa, 2 outbuildings have been converted into attractive vacation homes (IRU214 and IRU215), each with a private, equipped garden area for your relaxation and outdoor dining. Your cottage IRU214 has two side-by-side entrance doors from the terrace, each leading to one of the two living kitchens and then on to the night area with a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two almost identical parts of the house, which are normally connected thanks to a room door in the back and thus constitute a single unit, can be closed internally and in such a case provide the necessary privacy for two couples or small families. Outside, guests can enjoy a double pool with underwater massage and a covered seating area for communal use on the part of all residents of the large estate. Horseback riding is available upon request. In one hour drive you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Monte Argentario. Lake Bolsena is 18 km away, the thermal baths of Saturnia are 42 km away and the town of Tarquinia (sea and archaeological sites) is 48 km away.
