About this house rental
Wake up to the sound of the surf from our spacious Rye NH Beach House Rental consisting of 8 rooms. This colonial with great ocean views is located across from the sands of Jenness Beach. Our home has been updated with a blue cabinetry, cambria quartz countertop and stainless kitchen appliances. All new white oak gleaming hardwood floors, and Maytag high energy washer and dryer. The downstairs has a large eat in kitchen, sun room, refurbished living room in Rowe Living Room Furniture and new wall mounted TV, dining room with built in china closet, granite/tile full bath, laundry area and two large closets. Four bedrooms (two of which open onto a large second floor deck overlooking the ocean) can sleep ten people. Master Bedroom has queen size bed; Second Bedroom has full size bed; Third Bedroom has two twin beds; Fourth Bedroom has two bunk beds. An additional new granite/tile full bath with double sinks is also upstairs. This special home has a central air system, two car garage with ceramic epoxy floor or use as a storage unit and save money Parking for six cars and a wonderful private yard. What a wonderful seaside property in the best kept secret around, which is Rye. Quiet, quaint and relaxing! Jon takes wonderful pride and care of this home and you can tell. Everything felt clean, renovated and 100% nicer than the photos. He allowed us to park in the garage while the cleaning team was still there as we arrived at 12pm on a Saturday during peak season, where no parking was available. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and at ease. The kitchen was well appointed, needs a strainer! but that's a small complaint. Plush beach towels, chairs, beach cart, nice washer and dryer, many beds, etc. Small and tiny things to consider, we needed fans so went to Walmart, 15 min away to buy them. You must bring your trash to the dump before you vacate, so you need to plan and consider this in your cars. The entire area is a dead zone, beach included if you're on Verizon. This was a bit of a pain point, so maybe map some of the area until you get on there house and on the wifi. I couldn't make calls all week unless I was on the wifi and facetime audio with people. which was tough, but also amazing to detach. An ottoman in the living room would be the icing on the cake for full relax in this home! as the couches were very comfy and inviting. Small coffee shops and tons of great seafood in the area. Closest grocery store is about 10-15 away so plan accordingly! Overall, amazing stay and will 100% return.

The house is perfectly situated - just a minute or two walk to a public access path. It was immaculate and had anything you might need such as chairs, towels, boogie boards.
