Nestled in Saint Augustine Beach, this attractive condo for $140 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Fun and relaxing. Whether taking a few minutes to walk to Saint Augustine Beach, or to multiple restaurants with delicious food varieties and entertainment. And there is the Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, Pavilion, and Splash Park for the youngsters. This is the place to be! Beautifully furnished condo sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 more could sleep on the queen sized living room sleeper sofa if desired. In the master bedroom dial in your own comfort settings on a king size SLEEP NUMBER® bed. The guest room has a conventional queen size bed and a bookcase full of books. Features a full kitchen including dishes and cooking utensils and dishwasher. Smart TV, Basic Cable and Internet are also provided. The YMCA is across the street & within walking distance. Bike and surf board rentals are available close by on A1A Beach @ A Street. Only a 10 minute car ride to downtown festivities. Notice the Zoo & Amphitheater on the way. This IS a fun place! Smaller dogs allows. But NOT on furniture! Please use a crate if they are left home alone. Recently the streets have been repaved, pool refurbished, and exterior paint on condo.

Good location close to all amenities including beach. Facility well kept needs little fine tuning. Shower curtains needs cleaning or replacing, bottoms black and molding. Coffee maker needs upgrading , need a keuring machine . Would definitely stay there again. Recommend it !!

Perfect location to visit St. Augstine and the beach. The unit can use some up dating in the living area. the furniture was uncomfortable. The bedrooms were great and everything was well equipped. Loved having beach chairs. The vent in the master bathroom needs attendind, clogged.

Close to many restaurants and beach 10 minute drive to historic district We parked in neighborhood on the street a block from Lions bridge and walked across it Saved congestion and a lot of parking fees Owner and assistant very friendly and helpful Unit very brightly decorated and lots of nice artwork Unit stocked with item one would ever need Neighborhood bit older and outside of some quads a bit needed of paint and upgrade but once in unit everything perfection

The location is great. A little over a block from the beach and tons of restaurants and activities close by. Neighbors we really nice as well. Everything you need there at the condo. We loved it and hated to leave to come back home. We will definitely be back again!

Although we enjoyed our stay, we were very disappointed in the cleaniess of the bathrooms. The floors were dirty and the baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned ever along with the toilet paper holder. I literally was scrapping off debris that was stuck on it. Oven dirty.

The property was well maintained and clean. It was comfortable and close to beach. Loved that they had beach equal I didn’t have to pack mine. Only concern was some neighbors seemed sketchy. And if the upstairs residents are home, it can sound like a herd of elephants.

We stayed for 8 days and it was lovely. Condo is the perfect size for 2-4 people and very clean. Located very close to some of the best restaurants in St. Augustine area and the beach (both about a 10 minute walk.) Jeanie and the housekeeper were pleasantly accommodating, as we got into town a little early at the start of our trip, and we called to ask if we could check in at 3pm, which they kindly obliged. Overall, it was the quintessential home away from home!

The unit itself is great,clean,spacious,wonderful beds(sleep number in master)it’s like 1 block from beach,which is great.only downfall is it’s in more like a apartment complex setting,but the unit more than makes up for that, and we were so busy we were just there at night

The sleep number bed is a big plus for us because we both have back issues. Also the location near the beach and shopping is great. We enjoy our stay here also because it's close to our relatives who live in St Augustine so we can easily visit with them. The accommodations here are very nice with comfortable furniture, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer are a plus also.

We love being near our family, who live in Floyd. The town of Floyd is so sweet...this wonderful, pleasant apartment is in a perfect spot, near stores, great place to walk...including the Library trail. We also were able to walk to the grocery store for supplies. We enjoyed being upstairs, tucked in the back in a nice and private nook.

Clean and close to beach. Beware when staying at a property that allows dogs. The dog in the next unit was extremely annoying. It made a yipping sound the entire time its owner was gone. It was so loud I retreated to the master bedroom & shut the door.

The property and location was fine. Mainly spent out time in Old Town so it was very accessible. Beach was close by & beautiful too. Too many dogs around though. And no blankets for the coldest nights in 30 years.

Excellent location to activities and beach! Comfortable condo in good neighborhood. Neighbors very friendly. This condo literally has everything you could possibly need, except a blender for making margaritas( we purchased a nice affordable one at Walmart). Otherwise, we highly recommend this condo.

We so enjoyed our stay! It’s a lovely place, beautifully decorated and so well supplied. Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and a short Uber ride downtown. We will stay again for sure.
