Nestled in Skiathos, this lovely villa for $822 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Villa Mirovili was built to take full advantage of the exceptional views to the sea, the town and surrounding islands. Through the main entrance the visitor is welcomed by a large living room that opens to an arched terrace which frames breathtaking views of green, white, and blue, the colors of olive groves, Skiathos town and the Aegean sea. The main level of the villa features an open space design with a large salon and fully-equipped kitchen. Double doors on each side of the fireplace open to a large covered terrace offering relaxing seating and beautiful views. Comfortable couches and dining tables accommodate gatherings in the salon or on the terrace. Two private bedrooms on the main floor open to a pergola-covered terrace adjoining the larger salon terrace. The kitchen on the main floor is open to the living room and has direct access to the eastern facing terrace. It is a large kitchen with granite counters equipped with complete cookware, dishes and utensils. The main kitchen includes: •Electric oven and easy to clean ceramic stove top •Microwave oven •Dishwasher •Refrigerator •Other appliances: coffee maker, food processor/blender, toaster, juicer •Tablecloths and hand towels.5 Internet is now available through satellite connection and is very fast. The master suite on the upper level includes a spacious bedroom, a walk-in dressing room and full bath. Double doors open to a very large, east and south facing pergola-covered common terrace, offering stunning 180 degree views of Skopelos island and the southern Aegean sea. A sliding door from the master suite also opens to a west-facing very private terrace with views toward the pine forest and the sea There is an apartment on the ground level which connects via the internal marble stairway. The apartment also has its own private entrance and features a kitchen with large refrigerator, electric oven and stove-top, a bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom, and a spacious sitting room that has a trundle bed (like a sofa) and a fold-out queen-size futon. The sliding glass door from the apartment living room and bedroom open to a covered terrace. The pool is just steps away. Adjacent to the apartment is a spacious recreation area with large glass-doors with southern facing views allowing lots of light. The large recreation room opens directly onto the pool and garden terraces. This air-conditioned space has a ping pong table and tables with chairs for games and group activities. There is a full bathroom, refrigerator, and a sink. In a section of this room an adjustable bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people has been created. It is separated by mobile dividing screens. This area can easily accommodate catered functions such as weddings, engagement parties, leadership training and team building, spiritual and meditation and exercise seminars. There is an independent pool-side bedroom located next to the pool and away from the house. It has its own private terrace and pergola which is covered by a grape vine. The infinity pool is situated just steps from the villa and is surrounded by gardens and olive groves. The Infinity effect gives a relaxing experience as the naturally colored water visually blends with the sea below. The view from inside and outside the pool is spectacular. At night, the pool is illuminated by internal lights, which along with surrounding terrace lights, offer a very romantic and peaceful atmosphere. There is a new outdoor kitchen with breathtaking views. It is equipped with fridge, sink and gas BBQ.

The villa is simply gorgeous. High above Skiathos Town with stunning views of the bay, the ferries coming in and out and for plane spotting!
The villa is spacious, well maintained and really well equipped. The infinity pool is simply lovely. Flo, the villa manager, met us on arrival at the airport and made sure that we were enjoying our stay throughout.
The drive up the hill to the villa is a bit of an experience - fine once you get used to it!
It was a great base from which to explore the island during the day and the town by night. For a large adult family group like us it was perfect. Would go back tomorrow if I could 😎

Beautiful garden and pool area, lots of areas for lounging, the table tennis a hit with the kids!
The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was really well stocked in terms of pans and utensils.
Slightly difficult to get to as the road is quite steep in places.

Extended family stay at Villa Mirovili
In total our group was 13 people roughly split half adults and half kids of various ages. We chose Mirovili because of the stunning views in the pictures and a desire to visit Skiathos. We were not at all disappointed. From the outset the communication with the property owner went well and we met with the caretaker Flo at the airport who very helpfully travelled with us to the villa and showed us around. The property is spacious with a great kids area downstairs and spacious bedrooms. The views are spectacular and the main port of Skiathos is only a 20 minute drive away. A wonderful base for our Greek holiday our only regret was 7 days was too short! Family Vye / South

Even better than expected
We stayed in this great villa this summer. It had incredible views. was extremely well equipped and had more than enough space for 12 of us. In fact I don’t think the pictures even do it justice. We were so well looked after by Flo and the owners were so helpful with any questions we had. All in all we had the most wonderful holiday. Make sure you have a car with a good clutch though as it is up a very steep hill - hence the fabulous views! We would definitely go back.

A Dream Holiday!!
Villa Mirovili is everything it promises and more. I cant even begin to explain what a dream holiday we had here. Not only is the owner and all the staff at the Villa incredibly helpful and friendly, but the views, location and layout of the Villa is unrivaled.
We will definitely be back and I can recommend this villa with absolute confidence to anyone planning a trip to Skiathos.

Fasiilitetene på huset er god,. det er stor plass, så det er lett å være mange der.
Vi har fått hjelp til feiringene våre og det er et godt utstyrt kjøkken til minst 15 stykker. Vi bruker grillen mye ... og svømmebassenget... de som organiserer utleien er veldig proffe. det er nok ikke siste gang vi er der. Vi kommer tilbake.. Familien Nødland Oslo og Stavanger

"Awesome Villa"
We loved our stay in Villa Mirovili, this 3 level villa has a beautiful pool area and many terraces with amazing views towards the sea in the day and beautiful lights over Skiathos Town at night, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washing machine and everything that you would need when travelling away from home, we used the gas barbecue a few evenings and just loved our time spent in this spacious villa

Wow - No other words needed
We stayed at this lovely villa surrounded by stunning scenes and olive groves. It really felt like home - everything you needed but not cluttered with other guests stuff. A very stylish interior and lovely paintings done by the owner of the villa made our stay so comfortable. It is hard to drag yourself away from the fab pool and the views to Skiathos town so we went to the beach in the morning and used the pool in the afternoon. The pictures don't really do justice to how lovely this is.
Make sure you get a powerful car to get up the quite steep approach to get up to the villa. As with all places with a fantastic view there is always the climb up. But it is steep but quite quick to get there - about 10 mins and you get used to it. A couple of local restaurants are handy if you don't fancy driving in to town. We went in for dinner most nights and recommend Marmita in town and Agnadio with views to the airport and football pitch - don't be put off as planes don't land often and when the do everyone films them coming in to the short runway. It is part of the Skiathos experience.
I loved that the owners through of everything you need - even a fridge in the master bedroom so you can use the sun terrace outside without having to pad downstairs for cold drinks. The cleaning staff (family) were lovely as well and so discreet and friendly, as were the pool man and Flo the manager - made us feel welcome.
Don't hesitate just book it - we hope to return one day.

Siamo 4 coppie di amici a abbiamo passato 11 giorni di plendida vacanza in questa stupenda villa con tutti i comfort possibili e immaginabili compreso la pulizia e il cambio di lenzuola ed asciugamani.
Flo (la referente sull'isola) è stata molto disponibile e simpatica nei nostri confronti e ci ha aiutato molto sia all'arrivo che alla partenza e durante il nostro soggiorno.
L'isola è stupenda per le spiagge, per la gente e per il cibo. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Super comfortable villa with fantastic views
Wonderful villa for a relaxed stay at Skiathos. We were there with a group of 14 (8 kids). There is tons of space for everybody, good beds, and excellent facilities (including table tennis 🙂) ensuring a luxurious and stress free stay. You could stay forever in the pool and on the veranda looking at the view. You need a car, but that is necessary anyway to get to the beautiful beaches on the north side of the island. Definitely recommended!

Perfect Luxury & Stunning Views - Best Villa on Skiathos!
We had literally a perfect week at Villa Mirovili - a large group of family members, and friends that had just married in London and were joining us for their honeymoon. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful relaxing oasis! First, the booking experience was painless and efficient. The owners have been wonderful to deal with throughout, and everything promised was delivered, including how we wanted to pay, and return of the security deposit shortly after the stay. The communication in advance was excellent, including making the connection with Flo (housekeeper) and ensuring we were setup right from the start for a fantastic week!
Although the pictures of this place are stunning, you will still be amazed when you arrive at Villa Mirovili and first explore - it is a dream come true! So many wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy and the pool area and decks are just first class! We were quite active on Skiathos and rented a car and a quad and got around, even renting a 56' sailboat for a day - but we made sure to have 2 "pool days" at Mirovili through the week - some days you do not want to leave! IF with a larger group or family, the space works so, so well. For us, our newleyweds stayed in the lovely master suite (with its own 2 decks!!). Meal times are a joy. The kitchen is perfect. The lower level and rec room space is a real bonus to have. The house is well equipped and appointed - we simply have NO complaints or suggestions for improvement.
We will be coming back to Villa Mirovili one day for another perfect and memorable week!

A villa fit for a royal
We came to Skiathos for a family reunion for 10 days. Villa Mirovilli exceeded all expectation. The layout of the property is perfect for 3 familie. The kids area separated from the rest of house is perfect for them as well as for adults. So is the stunning pool.
The view is undescribable - you need to see it to believe it.
Flo, our contact person for the week, is super helpful, always available and go out of her way to make you comfortable and see all needs are met.
Just 5 minutes walk up the road, a beautiful Italian restaurant with amazing views.
I will recommend this place for the queen if she asks me, wish we can go back every year.

Lovely Villa
We were a party of two families and a couple of friends - total of 14. We had a lovely two weeks on Skiathos. The Villa suited us very well and it has everything you need. The fact that the cleaners come every three days is also a nice luxury. The downstairs apartment is great for "teens" and the top master suite is very special with excellent views. Two great restaurants within walking distance and that permanent lovely view makes the villa ideally placed, away from the "hub bub" close enough to the attractions.

Gorgeous villa, spectacular views!!
Found this villa on VRBO & chose it because of the photos of the pool & view. However, the photos on the site are just a small glimpse of what the the villa is in reality.
From start to finish the vacation was perfect & made extra special by owners & the people who maintained the property during our stay.
Gorgeous, spacious & comfortable. Every detail has been considered by owner when building this home & there's nothing you could want that isn't already there. The villa & grounds were stunning.
The panoramic infinity pool & it's huge terrace with loungers & umbrellas is nothing short of spectacular! Idyllic sea views! Due to it's beauty we found it difficult to leave this pool to explore the island. However, we pulled ourselves away, renting a boat from Vassilis for several days where we were able to enjoy the many beautiful beaches of Skiathos and swim in the crystal clear water.
The terrace with large lounge area & dining table also provide spectacular views! We would gather here every morning for coffee & upon return from dinner at night.
We stayed in the master suite & it was perfect in every way. Large & spacious with comfortable beds & pillows, excellent water pressure in shower, screens on windows, a mini fridge, and two terraces. The main terrace off the master bedroom is HUGE and you feel as though you can touch the sky while enjoying incredible views of the vast sea in front of you and Skiathos Town with all its twinkling lights at night. Our party of 6 enjoyed happy hour on this terrace every night (but I should note that it could fit 30 people easily).
Views from all areas of this villa are incredible. Would highly recommend it for those wanting a spectacular villa in Skiathos.
Highly recommend -- you will feel special if you stay here. Probably one of the top villas on the island of Skiathos.

Total Relaxation
We booked the Villa after visiting Skiathos around 10 times previously but not for 5 years. We wanted a relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings and we were certainly not disappointed. Firstly, the Villa occupies a stunning location looking over Skiathos town and the surrounding islands. The photographs really do not do it justice. We were only 5 grown ups but the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 adults plus then probably another 4 children. The property was spotless and perfectly set out for a family holiday with a high standard of furnishings but also comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. We didn't actually go to the beach once during our week as it was so nice sunbathing around the pool or on the upstairs terrace. I was very happy with the manner the owner dealt with the letting arrangements - thoroughly professional.
Things to consider - A consequence of a great view means the access road is very steep and so is the road to Skiathos Town so I would say your own car is essential. Our grown up children used taxis a couple of times from the town at night and the taxi drivers refused to go down the drive. Do keep the gates shut because sheep can (and did) get in.
The nearby Panorama Pizza restaurant is good but every other night we drove into Skiathos Town which has every type of restaurant and bar.
In closing I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa and will certainly be returning again.

Villa Mirovilli Fantastic vacation
My family and i spent two glorious weeks in Skiathos at the Villa Mirovilli, the villa was even better than all the pictures posted, there was group of 12 family members and there was plenty of space the villa is spacious and has all the amenities you would require, including an excellent kitchen all the room were excellent and the villa is cleaned on a regular basis, we had a contact in Skiathos Gigi who we contacted if any problems occurred. The infinity pool is brilliant my three grandchildren and family were never out of it, we had an amazing holiday my children are already talking about another family holiday, in Villa Mirovilli in wonderful Skiathos. Although it only about 2.5 kilometres to skiathos town you will require a car as the villa is on the mountains it takes 6 minutes in the car to the town. My wife and I walked down one day it was a nice walk and took 45 minutes to reach the town centre, My family and I highly recommend the island of Skiathos and this wonderful Villa Mirovilli. Thanks to all who made our holiday wonderful.

Fantastic stay!
We had a fantastic stay in Villa Mirovilli it's a gorgeous property , modern and spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Our family spent ten beautiful days in Villa Mirovilli in July. Even though everything seemed great in the Home & Away description, it turns out that it was even better. Location is very good, in the hills, very quiet, with a stunning view over Skiathos town, green hills , olive trees and the Aegan sea. It was so beautiful that we sometimes stayed there for the whole day even if previously had planned to go to one of several really great beaches close to the villa. The position of the villa is great if you want to be close enough to Skiathos town (6min drive), or to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island .The closest supermarket, bakery and tavernas are only five minutes drive away.
The villa was tastefully furnished and cozily decorated , kitchen was well equipped.Maintenance came more often than stated. We had great communication with the owner before our trip and he was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, quiet and still within easy reach of Skiathos town and the rest of the island. The island itself is stunningly beautiful. Everything was perfect.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location
This villa far exceeds any expectations you may have of it. All the pictures you see are just as it truly is. It is situated up in the hills away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 mins away from the town centre. The views are stunning. The villa is stunning. There were 10 of us staying at the villa for my daughter's wedding. It was the best choice we could have made. There was so much room to host a dinner party for 30 on the upper terrace on the Friday night and then after my daughter's wedding we had a party on the lower terrace.
The grounds are stunning with plenty of places to sit and look at the amazing views. We all spent a lot of time just gazing out across the town and to the sea beyond. You can even watch the planes coming into land on the runway.
All our guests loved the villa. Being able to eat breakfast on the terrace in the morning, have lunch by the pool and then eat dinner outside was just wonderful. Having the stunning infinity pool was such a treat. We all swam everyday and spent time relaxing on the many sun beds. Ilias the gardener/pool guy keeps the pool and grounds in immaculate condition.
The villa is very well equipped for the amount of people staying. What we loved most about the villa was the space. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. There was also plenty of space to park.
If you want a beautiful family house with loads of room, a stunning infinity pool and views to die for, villa Mirovili is the right place for you. We are booking again for 2015!!!
