Location and unit layout.
Rubbish bins were always full. We had to put the bins inside after collection. There was only one recycling bin and it was full.

Lovely apartment sith a small fenced yard for our dog and parking behind it.
The kitchen had all we needed and the bedrooms wre comfortable.
Not walking distance to the centre of town, but across the road from Aldi on one side and the Woolworths shopping centre on the other and other shops nearby.
The shower was the only letdown, mounted too low, little water coming out, and even so tended to flood into the edjacent laundry.
