The level of privacy and freedom
Hard to even say what, honestly I loved the place.

The house was spacious and clean
1. The driveway needs attention...the underneath of our vehicle got scrapped on the gate rail. You need to enter and exit at an angle to avoid this.....if only we knew before hand...
2. We ran out of water one evening and had to wait till the next day for the tank to be refilled. There is also no water during load shedding since the water pump needs power to operate.
