傳統的紅磚房還有木頭香味，有一種阿媽家的感覺，感覺很愜意。地點非常方便，也離公共停車場不到10分鐘的步行距離，想要離開安平去台南市區也很快速。睡覺的地方是在閣樓的通鋪，備有電風扇，加上冷氣完全不會感受到台南的酷暑。
