Property was cleaned every day and fresh bottled water provided. Fridge and air con in room. Free toiletries in the room (although not great quality)
We were on the bottom floor, the balcony is a little area big enough for one person to sit and smoke. We had a view outside our window of the staff break area

Great spot near the beach and the shopping center.
The room is vary comfortable and clean.

Perfectly situated on Phi Phi, right in the centre of all the action. The staff were absolutely lovely. Refillable water station. Great value for money.
Looked like there was mould in the bedroom that had just been painted over.
Lots of mosquitos in the room.
Smell of sewage sometimes emanated from bathroom and in hallway.
