Worst ever!

They didn't have a breakfast more then tea and dry cookies

I have travelled to Thailand for over 25 years, I have stayed in all types of hotel but this one was by far the worst ever. We had payed at booking for 2 rooms, in the booking we had payed for 2 adults+ one kid (little higher price to get an extra bed), the second room we payed for 1 adult + one kid. So total 2 rooms but higher price for the one with 3 people in it. When we arrived she said we had to pay extra AGAIN for an extra bed (even though it was already payed and I showed her the receipt from booking). She then screamed and said that either we pay or get out of the hotel. As we already had paid a lot of money we had to option to pay. Under our stay we heard more and more people who had been first to pay extra. Then the air condition on the rooms shuts down every our for them to save money, so when you sleep you wake up totalt sweet because the our condition is shut of by them. There is bars and karaoke around the whole hotel and it is LOUD until 02.00 at night. As we travelled as a family together we asked 2 month in advance to have hotel rooms close to each other, the manager gave us two rooms in two different buildings... Finally last day when we were going home, the manager told my husband he had to pay for all the towels in our rooms as they were to dirty?! We used the foot towel in the shower to not make the floor dirty, but this we had to pay for. I am seriously waring people to stay at this hotel!!

Clean and fresh hotel

Nice little hotel, clean and smelt fresh. Quite noisy at night with it being so close to all the busy bars/restaurants. Thin walls so could hear every movement and people coming in and out. But overall a nice hotel at a reasonable price! We booked a boat trip through the hotel which was really convenient and a great day out! Would stop here again

Shower/toilet are together which means the toilet constantly gets wet through

Clean, friendly in a great location

The location was great, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle Phi Phi could offer and easily accessible from all directions. The hotel had a no-shoes policy which meant that the floors were always immaculately clean in the communal areas. Finally a place with no sand in every nook and cranny. The room had a decent view, overlooking some rooftops and the mountains in the distance. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Perhaps due to the number of tourists that come to this hotel, I initially found the staff to be transactional and unwelcoming, very unlike Thai people. However, once a relationship had been made, they let their guard down were quite accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond. It just goes to show that if you treat people like they want to be treated it can make a huge difference.

I had requested a room with a terrace as I had seen on YouTube, but it was unavailable even though I was told it would be available through communication with the hotel weeks before I arrived. But still, the room we got was fine. Initially, I found the room unbearably hot. We found that drawing the curtains helped with this as the room gets full sun all day and this causes a greenhouse effect. This somewhat resolved the issue. The noise outside from the bars is dreadful. The music was incredibly loud and getting an early night is totally out of the question. There were signs of wear and tear everywhere, although everything was in complete working order. The hotel is okay for a few nights while you're in Phi Phi, but for a longer stay, there are better suited alternatives although pricier.

The property was in a really good location, not far from the Reggae bar which is really fun. The staff are really kind and helpful, one of the ladies on reception helped us change on of our flights and we were able to book our ferry to Krabi through them too.

Being in a central area meant the room was quite noisy, from outside noise such as bars but also when people are coming back early hours of the morning making noise. The property was decorated nicely but there were stains on the curtains and the towels and when we arrived the bathroom smelt of stale smoke. The bed was also really hard.

Top Lage, leider eine Baustelle neben an.

Man merkt das es langsam abgenutzt wird (schade).

Персонал приятный, в номерах и на территории чисто, удобное расположение для тех, кто хочет быть в центре всего движения, очень интересный дизайн.

Запах в номере сыростью и иногда тянуло мочей. За стеной был бар и небольшой переулок, возможно запах шел из этих мест. Также очень громко играет музыка из соседних баров. Нельзя назвать это минусом отеля, тк шум создают бары рядом, но и четко понимать, что вас ждет стоит. Беруши не помогали. Если вы плохо засыпаете или просто хотите спать тихо и ложится до 2 ночи, то лучше искать другой вариант.

Lovely hotel on the island

The property is a hidden gem on Phi Phi, it’s lovely, very clean and the staff are friendly. Super close to the beach which we loved, fire shows on the beach at nighttime. The room is spacious and bed was massive. Air con was so good as the rooms tend to get hot, the seaside beach vibe was nice too.

This hotel is pretty central therefore it’s near pubs etc. we were on the 3rd floor and the music from pubs nearby can be abit loud but it didn’t bother us as we’d just go down to see it ourselves.

Great location but underwhelming quality

Location is absolutely amazing, extremely central to Phi Phi Don - 5 min walk to pier and 2 min walk from supermarkets, popular restaurants and the famous beach bars where the fireshows take place. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, beds were comfy and aircon satisfactory.

Room was filthy and hadn't been cleaned properly. Fridge still contained items from last guest. Quite clear they are turning rooms over too quickly and sacrificing thorough cleans of the rooms. Sheets were stained, towels were the same. Shower tiles contained grime which would wash off while showering. we had a small ant issue in the room when we first arrived but this easily sorted with some bug spray around window ledges and door frame. They dont advertise the 1000 baht cash deposit required for the key. However on check out even when you return your key they hold this 1000 baht refund until a member of staff has checked your room, so dont understand why they advertise it as a key deposit. The above complaints seem quiet consistent across every hotel in Phi Phi after speaking to some other tourists.

В самом центре, рядом вся движуха. Нормальное соотношение цены и качества

Плохо работал интернет в номере, приходилось спускаться на ресепшен. Очень шумно из-за ночных дискотек в соседних барах.

Väldigt fräscht och fint boende. Fina rum och trevlig personal. Netflix på rummet var dessutom ett stort plus.

Det enda som var lite sämre var dåligt tryck i vattenkranen till handfatet och lite segt nätverk för att streama på TV:n.

Great location!

Great location! We upgraded our room for a room with a terrace, and we were so glad we did! The outdoor space made our room feel so much nicer.

There were lots of grimey stains in the bathroom which made it feel a bit unclean. The room was cleaned everyday by house keepers though.

Lovely hotel for a weekend getaway and spend the night out in the center of Phi Phi.

Lovely location for a night out in Phi Phi. Hotel rooms are well decorated and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nothing really to complain about, the rooms have no views but it’s in the center of Phi Phi which is a plus.

Superb

It's clean and exactly in the center of the island, but you can't hear the musics from the bars, so is good to sleep. The decoration is really cute. Staff were super nice.

In my first night the staffs were slamming a door during the night and early morning, they use the room 107 as a storage and staff room. I complained and in the second night no more noise, but in the third night they forgot and slammed again. Room is small, but I was alone só for me is fine.

Great stay would return.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Helped us book boat and carried our luggage to and from the port. Offered a good value laundry service. We stayed in a deluxe double. Big room with lovely bathroom and outdoor area. Free bottle of water each day and Complimentary coffee in the morning.

Not recommend anytime

They have good beds and nice reception, but unfortunately many negatives.

In the room was horrible sewer smell and it was coming from bathroom, so you can’t ventilate from the room. They don’t clean the room every day like in usual hotel, so you have same towels and bed sheets during your stay. We got the room very close to the street with karaoke bar and must listen drunk people trying to singing till 3am. Last thing was view from window to the construction…

nice location for your stay at Phi Phi Island

nice location - everything on Phi Phi island easy reachable, still no issues with noise. rooms are clean and cozy. staff is really nice, friendly and very helpful.

Nice for a couple of nights.

Great location, room was nice and spacious and lovely decor, staff were really helpful, helped with our bags from the pier.

Bathroom was quite basic, shower head was broken so only came out at a 90 degree angle at your face. Seems quite expensive for what it is in retrospect, but phi phi is an expensive place to stay!

Very good

Rooms were cozy and well decorated. Location is perfect as there are a lot of bars and restaurants around. Team is super friendly and helpful!

If you are not into partying it can get a bit loud in the night. Shower was a bit funny. But everything else was great.

Good clean place 3 minute walk to the beach 10 from the pier

The room was comfortable and clean which I guess is really all you need especially during high season where there is little availability. Someone was waiting on the dock with a sign to bring luggage and walk to the hotel which is nice as the island can be a bit confusing on 1st arrival.

I found Phi Phi to have the least friendly Thai people/staffs. I imagine it's due to over tourism, nothing 'WRONG' just weren't overly friendly or helpful
