Luxurious hotel for low cost. Very handy for people coming for events in a number of stadia within 10min walk. The small coffee stall across the street is exceptional - suitable for filter V60 lovers like me.

Stayed here to attend a concert at GBK stadium. At first I have a bit doubt, but then just give it a try. Once reached there, I'm quite impressed with what they have at their surroundings. Convenience store, coffee shops (indoor and outdoor), barber, and right in front the hotel they have a stall selling nasi goreng, which for me is not that bad since I have no problem eating at their stalls.

1. Water pressure was good
2. Property is clean/well maintained
3. I was there for sports event so location is good.
1. TV did not work properly (no sound)
2. Shower head holder was loose (held together with black duct tape). Consequently, could not mount head unit to wall
3. Room was on ground floor with a window facing main lobby. Noise was an issue from time to time throughoit my stay.
