Nice and friendly staff, they will try to help if possible..For the price you pay don't expect it to be a 3 star hotel, we paid 20€ for 3 nights. Breakfast included (omelette, bread, watermelon and coffee), you have free tea and water all day. We actually had dinner there one night and the food was good and well served, for $2 a plate, can of beer $1. The location is not very central but walkable to main places by the river, tuk tuk only 1$ anywhere in town anyway. Don't be put off by the dirt road alleyway because the place is at the back of a primary school and always felt safe walking to and from town. Nice outside area and quiet, again remember that it is a very cheap place so there is a reason why, no fancy stuff.
No hot water, refused to use pillows as they were mouldy, mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, bed was hard. Be prepared to encounter some wild life like geckos and giant cockroaches, like the one I managed to squash with the room bin.
