This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy.

Our stay was great. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. The place was easily accessed, clean and stocked with cold water, a couple snacks and a welcome note. The guest houst is perfect for two to enjoy a trip to Universal Studios or the area, excellent location/neighborhood. It had everything we needed and any food was close by too! If we come back in this area we'll be staying here again.

A heads up about the parking situation would have been nice, nobody mentioned anything about street cleaning so we got a ticket for $73.00.

The location of this chalet is excellent!! It is so close to all of the popular locations in Los Angeles! It was also very clean and the hosts are wonderful and responsive! Feels very tucked away and private, great neighborhood!

We loved the easy in-and-out access to this casita during our visit to North Hollywood. It supplied us with just the right amount of space, privacy, and stylishness to make it a perfect trip. The location is very convenient and felt safe too.

When I booked this cute little studio, our plans were to visit Universal Studios and a few museums in Hollywood. Well, plans changed due to the coronavirus spreading through person to person contact. So all museums, restaurants, zoo's, and universal studios were closed. We did however, didn't let the virus stop us from exploring Hollywood and Venice beach while keeping social distancing in mind. Thankfully, our tickets to universal studios are good for a year, so we will be back and look forward to staying here in the future. As for the property, it was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to the freeway, and universal studios. We weren't able to try any of the restaurants around, due to everything being closed, but when we return, it's on our to do list.

Nice little guest house that is perfect for one or two people. We were in town to visit our daughter who lives nearby and although we rented a car, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the outdoor space and the quiet neighborhood—definitely will be back!

This gem is the perfect location. Street parking was always available, and Uber was very affordable when we needed to use it. Very private. Excellent space for me and my husband. Amazing bed, shower and towels. We appreciated the snacks and water. Way better than staying at a hotel. We will use this property again when we stay in LA next time.

The shower pressure was amazing! Very cute, very clean room. Would have loved more coffee pods (happily would purchase).... would have loved an HDMI cable to watch the huge amazing TV off my laptop.... absolutely appreciated the chip and waters! Thank you!! Dawn
