What a wonderful stay in Nice! This apartment was just what our family of 4 needed to both relax and to explore the area. To relax, there is a wonderful balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean and rooftops as well as a pool to cool off. To explore, it's about a 20-30 minute walk into Vieux Nice or there is a bus stop just outside that will take you directly into town in one direction and to Monaco in the other. We chose to walk a lot but it is quite hilly in the area. We also opted to take a boat cruise given our proximity to the harbour. The apartment itself is spacious and shows as advertised. The kitchen is well-equipped. The shower has a particularly nice rain shower. There are two grocery stores that are about a 15 minute walk away (one in each direction) and we made meals at home with ease. The host was responsive to all inquiries and met us on time at check in. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who appreciates stunning views and doesn't mind being outside of the action.

Absolutely beautiful balcony and view.Wonderful place to spend many relaxing hours.We only had rain for around 45 mins, one afternoon. It was a stunning storm and fabulous to watch from the sheltered balcony.The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The host was great for communication and all went smoothly.I would say that the arrangement of the shower (open to the inner hallway and bedrooms) and wash basin was fine for us, but would not offer privacy for two couples. The oven was a bit challenging. We found the manual after a couple of days, which helped. It was still a bit picky though. If you open the door, it doesn’t maintain the temperature setting and switches off.I’ve used ovens in many properties and haven’t had this issue before.It was a small thing though and I’m sure the manager would have helped if we’d asked.Overall, we had a fabulous week at the property.Easy to get to the port and the city and buses ran passed the building. There’s also a very useful Carrefour within walking distance.We would happily return to this property.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location to old Nice without being too close to the nightlife. Good bus and Taxi service into and out of Nice.Would love to stay here again and recommend the Yves, Pierre and the apartment to all my friends.

What an incredible property. The view. The luxury. The amenities. All amazing. On a very confident buss line or if you are renting an auto, with a garage parking space. Bus to Monaco stops out front. Check in with great and owner’s rep Pierre was very helpful. Even able to store out bags with the housekeeper for a few hours after checkout.
