Located in Graach an der Mosel, this lovely condo for $101 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our very special apartment, which is located directly on the banks of the Moselle and within walking distance of the old town center of Traben-Trarbach. Our listed property - a typical Moselle villa in the classical style with a large park-like garden - was built in 1853 by a well-known wine merchant and has been family-owned ever since. Traben-Trarbach was in the 19th and 20th Century besides Bordeaux the most important wine trade city in Europe! The 60sqm and self-contained apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the extension of the historic property, a former plant orangery that was rebuilt in the 80s. Furnished and fully furnished in nostalgic charm, it offers incomparable amenities for a wonderful and relaxing holiday with a large sun terrace, direct Moselle view and garden. The interior is deliberately rustic, lovingly and somewhat provisionally designed. We value human and natural coziness rather than modern apartment charms with wall decals and aluminum bar stools. Our property is approx. 1.5 hours by car from Frankfurt / Main and approx. 20 minutes by car from Frankfurt / Hahn Airport. Traben-Trarbach is also easily accessible by train through its own local train station. And by car you can relax on the Autobahn (Wittlich exit). We are flexible, but we ask that we can already clean the apartment and get it ready for the next guests. In addition to Bernkastel Kues and Cochem, Traben-Trarbach is a very popular holiday region, especially for hiking, cycling or just relaxing. Of course we have wonderful wine festivals in Traben-Trarbach over the summer months and autumn, from small (with a few stands in the side streets of the old town) to large where it can get a little louder (with a real wine tent and hype) or the " Days of open wine cellars "- then the winegrowers open their quaint old wine cellars - of which we have or had over 100 in Traben-Trarbach - and offer their wines with traditional, local winegrowers' cuisine. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week at Casa Stolte. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the traditional eclectic charm, with contemporary touches. The view from the terrace is unbeatable with the view of the Moselle and we spent a lot of time just watching the comings and goings of life on the river.
We were made to feel very welcome by the owners who are happy to share the history of their home and gardens.
We would highly recommend a stay at Casa Stolte.

Totale Enttäuschung, Urlaub völlig verdorben! So fühlt sich wohl Betrug an, auf keinen Fall jemals w
Der Aufenthalt war eine Riesenenttäuschung auf der ganzen Linie! Es ist einfach unverschämt so etwas überhaupt anzubieten, erst recht zu solchen Preisen! Möbel und Ausstattung entsprach zum großen Teil nicht den Bildern. Schlichte Möbelstücke aus bzw. nach Art von IKEA, z. T. in schlechtem Zustand. Beleuchtung z. T. bloß durch aus der Decke herunterhängende Kabel mit Renovierungslampen! Sehr schmutzig mit viel Staub und Spinnennetzen, nach dem Einziehen musste man zunächst selbst putzen. Dem Gefühl nach wurde lange Zeit nicht gelüftet, es roch etwas nach Nässe bzw. Schimmel. Die Heizung funktionierte zunächst nicht und wurde erst nach einer Beschwerde eingeschaltet. Küchenausstattung z. T. mit Rost. Kein Messer dabei, mit dem man vernünftig schneiden könnte (hier half auch eine Beschwerde nicht: Die mitgebrachten Messer machten kaum Unterschied aus). Kommunikation vor Ort sehr unfreundlich.

Schöne alte Villa in einem großen, urigen Naturgarten. Wer Entspannung braucht, einen Blick für "Kleinigkeiten" hat, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf Mosel und Trabach. Engagierte und sehr nette Vermieter!

Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer 1 A Lage in Traben-Trarbach mit einer traumhaften Aussicht von der Terrasse und nicht nur von dort auf die Mosel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr engagiert und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und genießt das Flair des alten Hauses sowie seines wild romantischen Gartens.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Es ist eine Ferienwohnung einer etwas anderen Art, aber dies ist durchaus in positiven Sinne gemeint. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und auch willkommen gefühlt. Die Beschreibung passt zu 100 Prozent. An Frau Stolte Senior ganz besonderen Dank für Ihre fürsorgliche Betreuung und vielleicht bis bald mal wieder.

Residenz mit Moselblick
Im Charm der 60er Jahre taucht man ein in die Welt von damals. Bei traumhaftem Moselblick kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben den Aufendhalt sehr genossen.

Erholsame Tage in sehr gemütlicher Ferienwohnung
Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es wurden uns viele Tipps gegeben. In der Ferienwohnung selbst liegt auch viel Infomaterial aus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es ist auch schön ruhig. Das Highlight ist die schöne Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Mosel.

Herrliche Ferientage
Uns gefiel die wunderbare Lage an der Mosel in einer Wohnung die zu einem Haus mit Geschichte gehört.
Gut eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.
Wir genossen besonders die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Mosel.
Der verträumte Garten lädt zu botanischen Spaziergängen und zum Verweilen ein.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sei es zu Fuß, per Schiff, Fahrrad oder Auto.

Schöne und praktische Lage, nette Gastgeber
Die Villa von 1850 liegt am Moselufer und man erreicht die Altstadt von Traben (-Trarbach) in wenigen Minuten mit schönen alten Häusern und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, der Sohn des Hauses kümmert sich um alles. Obwohl das Moseltal stark von Verkehr (Motorräder und Caravans) belastet ist, liegt diese Unterkunft zentral aber recht ruhig. Die Straße zwischen Haus und Mosel ist eine kaum befahrene Sackgasse, die Durchgangsstraße hinter dem Haus wird hauptsächlich von Einheimischen verwendet, der meiste Verkehr ist am gegenüberliegenden Ufer unterwegs. Der riesige Garten ist hübsch anzusehen und weitgehend naturbelassen. Vom Balkon der hier vermieteten Einliegerwohnung aus genießt man den Blick über Mosel und Moselufer. Alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei einschließlich WLAN mit guter Geschwindigkeit. Die Einrichtung ist passend zur Villa altmodisch, funktional bis kistchig und Geschmackssache. Die Handtücher sind in Ermangelung von Weichspüler etwas kratzig, die Betten hängen etwas durch. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, in der wir ein schönes langes Wochenende verbringen durften.

Das Casa Stolte ist ein außergewöhnliches Anwesen, das allen Natur- und Gartenliebhaber nur gefallen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, zuvorkommend und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns im Casa Stolte sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht zum letzten Male dort.

Schöne Moselvilla
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Jahreswechsel an der Mosel. Nette Gastgeber, eine schöne, gepflegte Wohnung (man darf aber nicht unbedingt supermodern haben wollen) mit einem tollen Blick direkt auf die Mosel. Bei gutem Wetter haben wir die Weinberge bei Wanderungen erkundet und auch schöne Städtetouren gemacht. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
