A Luxurious and modern apartment, 140m2 4 1/2 room on the third floor of a modern apartment building.
The floors are in EichParket. There is a large living room with fireplace and a modern and comfortable seating; large dining table and open kitchen.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and toilet; the other shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet.
For 4 adults 2 bedroom with 1 double bed with separate mattresses are available. The third bedroom has a single bed (junior bed).
Facilities: Lift, south balcony, 2 parking spaces in the garage, ski room with locker (with heating for ski boots). In the basement is a room with washer and dryer. Kitchen: oven, ceramic hob (6 plates), microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher.
Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, nordic. Hifi, TV, satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD, internet. Balcony with dining table.
Skiing: The Davos Klosters has 5 mountains and 300 km of slopes spread over 85 runs and thus belongs to the largest winter sports regions in the Alps. All winter sports enthusiasts will get their money: Carver, free riders, snowboarders and even those who want to take it a bit cozy - the first 'decelerated' ski area of Switzerland on Schatzalp arose.

Eine wirklich gelungene charmante Wohnung, toll eigerichtet mit allem was eine Freienwohnung braucht, sehr schöner Ausblick Sonne den ganzen Tag.
An perfekter Stelle in Davos direkt neben Kongresszentrum und Schwimmbad, Skibus direkt vor der Tür, in alle Richtungen kurze Fahrzeit zu allen Skigebieten. Parken in der Tiefgarage Gepäck in den Aufzug und direkt vor die Wohnungstür
gute Logistik insgesamt.
Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, kurz die Wohnung ist jeden Rappen wert, haben für 2012 bereits gebucht.
