About this house rental
"Whirlwind 227". In our comfortable beach house you can switch off from everyday life and spend exciting holidays. Lie in the sun in good weather and jump into the refreshing Baltic Sea to cool off or enjoy the comforting warmth of the crackling fireplace on a freezing cold winter's day. Especially because of the whirlpool, the fireplace and the sauna, it is an idyll in every season. Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sunset from the dune on your doorstep.
Cost of electricity: 0,35 EUR per kWh Cost of water: 6, 50 EUR per cubic meter (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax is payable locally at the spa.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Deposit 150, - € are payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due
Pets can be booked for an additional charge.
The house has two bedrooms, as well as a sleeping opportunity on the gallery (sofa bed for two persons).

Toll ausgestattete Küche, schöne Sauna. Sauber für die Ostseeküste und alles da, was man braucht.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Wartung wird gespart. Haustüre klemmt beim schließen, es passiert das man die Haustüre schließt, aber letztlich die Türe offen ist. Fensterbeschlag im Bad defekt, beim Öffnen des Fensters DrehKipp-Funktion gleichzeitig. Zudem klemmt das Fenster und ist nur unter Kraftaufwand zu öffnen. Türe im Bad im Dachgeschoss sitzt unten auf und klemmt dadurch. Türgriff quitscht. Alle Türen habe keine umlaufenden Dichtungen, deshalb laut beim schließen. Beim Waschbecken im Bad Dachgeschoss läuft Waser sehr langsam und schlecht ab, vermutlich Syphon mit Dreck zugesetzt. Drücker der WC-Spülung im Bad Dachgeschoss bleibt oft hängen - dadurch Spülwasserverlust. Die Spülfähigkeit des WC im Dachgeschoss sehr schlecht, bleibt gerne mal was hängen/liegen. Am Duschkopf Bad EG lässt sich der Strahl nicht mehr regulieren. Im EG löst sich der Verbund Bodenfliesen-Estrich im Bereich Terrassentüre, die Fliesen liegen dort hohl, vermutlich Undichtigkeit an der Abdichtung im Bereich der Türschwelle Terrassentüre.

Und und unseren beiden Hunden gefiel es sehr gut und wir kommen wieder !!

Das Objekt liegt für Hundebesitzer perfekt Nähe Wald und Strand.
Allerdings sollten die Matratzen im oberen Elternschlafzimmer bald getauscht werden. Die Ausstattung war nicht so gut wie im letzten gebuchten Ferienhaus am Strandpark Baabe. ( es ist zwar alles da, aber wenn sie gerne mit scharfen Messern kochen, dann bringen sie besser eins mit. ) Volle Staubsaugerbeutel sind auch nicht sehr toll. Allgemein sollte auch bald eine Grundreinigung der Treppengeländer und so weiter erfolgen.
