1) in the city, walking distance to Anjung Senja food court, mamak & 24 hours shop on the ground floor with paid parking space and laundry
2) came here twice in a week, I LOVE THE STAFF: helpful and friendly
Berhabuk! Dusty and the second room I rented even came with cobwebs (bersawang). That’s very upsetting considering the entire walkway, common areas and toilets are super clean!
My suggestions:
1) get a cleaner to clean empty rooms at least once a month
2) just standby a vacuum at the common areas so at least the receptionist can help clean up before we enter the room
3) keep bedsheets, towel & blankets in a plastic bag & pass to customer upon check-in.
Photos are from my 2nd stay. Will I come back? YES! I am thankful for the friendly staff. They made things feel safe and at home.

- Simple yet aesthetic places
- A strategic place for going various places like Centre Point and others
- Great for budget money
- The towel didn't feel soft and kinda uncomfy when using it
- The key drop need to make some adjustments (either like to make much bigger space to put in for key drop or change to new one)

Clean and spacious.
A Lots guest may not know that they turn off AC from 730am to 7pm. This does not told in remarks before booking online. The room is lack of fan as three bed has only top medium round fan. Only two bathroom provide for lots occupancy. Give more options on bank transfer than cash payment only
