Little Monmouth is a real home away from home. The location is superb, right in the heart of town, an excellent base to explore lovely Lyme. It's an old, quirky house, expect a character property & you won't be disappointed. The kitchen was very well equipped, great, cozy nook table & bench seats to eat at. Our large family group, spanning 3 generations & small pet dog, loved staying at Little Monmouth-It accommodated us all comfortably & we could all sit together in the lounge. Would recommend, it's a house that keeps on giving! Thanks to hosts Leesa & Gary for the detailed information on the property & parking close by, in addiction to the 1 convenient car parking space provided. The downstairs toilet was also a bonus!
There's a bit of street noise at the front of the house but you can't stay in the heart of Lyme & not expect that!

The location wax fabulous
The house had a very strong smell of damp. It was very cold in the house too It wasn’t that clean and there was no loo spare toilet paper
