The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were good
The hotel is not located in the city center, but this was not a problem for me. I used Yandex Go to travel to and from the center, and it was surprisingly cheap and hotel bar and cafeteria were around three times more expensive than places in the center, but there are affordable markets and restaurants just a 2-minute walk from the hotel

The family enjoyed the amazing breakfast, pleasant manager and staff, spacious rooms and the large portions of tasty food ordered from the room service menu. Although we did not get the time to use it, the indoor pool and sauna as well.
We had taken 2 rooms. But for 1 of them it had a slight AC and mini fridge cooling issue. Both were not cooling.

Avoid the economy windowless rooms—they feel more like a dungeon with air conditioning than a hotel room. The property is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it barely meets the standards of a 4-star, and even that’s generous considering the overall service quality.
Breakfast was a major disappointment. Juices were served in warm glasses, making them undrinkable unless you specifically request ice. There were no standard international options like bacon, omelets, or baked beans. Instead, a selection of unlabeled local dishes was offered, leaving guests unsure of what they were eating. I ended up having just cold cuts and bread.
Location is another drawback. The hotel is situated approximately 7.5 km from Republic Square, and each trip to the city center takes at least 20 minutes. If you’re planning to explore the city, I strongly recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center for convenience and better access to attractions.
