The Non smoking holiday apartment with 42 m² is located on the ground floor of Villa Buskam. The apartment, which is designed for 2 to 4 people, has a spacious and seats on balcony, where you can enjoy the sun from noon. You can reach the balcony above the living area of �����the apartment. In the living area there is a cozy corner couch that leads to a double bed (1,40m x 2,00m), for the 3rd and 4th. Person can be converted as well as a coffee table is also available. For your entertainment there is an LCD flat screen TV and a Bluetooth stereo with CD player (MP3 compatible with USB port) and a Blu Ray player. The living space is complemented by a dining area with table (extendable) and 4 chairs. Even on holiday you do not need to give up a WLAN access, as is included available for you. The separate kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a box spring bed (1,60 mx 2,00 m) and bedside consoles equipped. A closet is located in the entrance of the apartment. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washing area, toilet, towel radiator, makeup mirror and hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with radiators. In the living area and kitchen, the window has been fitted with insect protection. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has its own secure bicycle storage in the house where you can also use an additional fee a washer and dryer. We also have an always available underground parking space in the Post Road (Rügener Hof Entrance height 2.00m) reserved for you - reachable in just 3 minutes. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
