We came to Davos to watch Spengler Cup hockey and this apartment was in an ideal location at a reasonable price for this...very walkable from train station to the apartment and then on to the ski areas and the arena. As others have noted, you can hear the late-night noise from the street...as this is located adjacent to various bars/nightclubs (and we were there over New Years Eve).

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierter Kontakt, gut möblierte Wohnung. Im Sommer leider recht laut, da direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Dafür natürlich sehr zentral, Schatzalpbahn, Geschäfte, Restaurants um die Ecke.

Sehrnette Kommunikation zur Vermieterin. Zentrale Lage des Appartements mit idealen Anschluss zu Ei kaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentlichem Verkehr und Skilifts. Wohnung liebevoll ausgerüstet mit ordentlichem Mobiliar. Küche klein und älter, aber zweckmäßig und vollständig (ohne Mikrowelle). Fenster schalldicht zur Straße. Hotelpool, Saune und Fitness nett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche in Davos! Herrlicher Sonnenschein und perfekte Pisten - Pulverschnee noch im März. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Alles da, was man braucht, WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Traumhafter Blick vom Wohnzimmer / Balkon über die Dächer der Stadt auf das Jakobshorn. Zentrale Lage im Ort, Frühstück kauft man in coop pronto im gleichen Haus unten. Viele Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe, zum Jakobshorn geht man zu Fuß, zur Parsenn mit dem Bus - Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Super nette und professionelle Betreuung der Vermieterin vor und während des Urlaubs! Wohnungsschlüssel und Tiefgaragenkarte bekommt man über einen Schlüsselsafe, den man einfach mit einem Code öffnen kann. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen beim nächsten Urlaub in Davos sicher wieder hierher!

eine schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön mit Blick aufs Jacobshorn unverbaut! Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder meinen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung buchen!

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Am Wochenende leider durch die Bar im Nachbargebäude Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht.

We enjoyed our ski vacation in Davos very much. The appartment is perfectly located in the center of Davos-Platz, with access to Hotel parking, swimming pool and fitness. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel staff was very friendly.
