About this house rental
Situated in Graach an der Mosel, this attractive house for $100 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Picturesquely located in the well-known holiday resort of Traben-Trarbach on the Moselle, this charming town house offers the ideal starting point for boat and bike tours, hikes and excursions in the romantic Moselle region. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the river bank and in the pedestrian zone with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Our holiday idyll at the foot of a steep vineyard so typical of the region is divided into two modern apartments including 2 kitchenettes and is perfect for larger families or groups of up to 8 people. In addition to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (+ 1 toilet), the house has a fitness room, an atrium courtyard, a roof terrace with access to the small garden directly at the vineyard and with a view of the city towards the Moselle. As part of extensive renovation measures, the property was put into a new building similar condition two years ago, without losing its charm. *** ATTENTION: from 21. January 2019 will see extensive road construction work begin on Schottstrasse. The expansion will be carried out on the market starting in four sections, with our vacation property in the 1st Construction phase is located. The work in the 1st Section are expected to be completed by April 2019. During this construction phase, it is unfortunately not possible to drive to the house by car. An attempt is made to preserve the sidewalks. A dedicated alternative parking lot is available to our guests on the banks of the Moselle. A discount in the event of any disruptions caused by the construction work is also possible.

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Durch die zentrale Lage konnte man schnell die Mosel und Weinberge erreichen. Für die Treppen war ein wenig Übung notwendig ;-)

Silvester in Traben Trarbach
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus war so, wie beschrieben, die Lage war super, alles fußläufig bequem erreichbar, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr nett!

Wir waren als Familie dort und haben in der Wohnung nichts vermisst. Es war alles vorhanden und es war sehr schön morgens mit Blick auf der Kirche wach zu werden. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall nochmal anmieten

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist in gutem Zustand und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Architektur des Hauses tatsächlich schon recht alt ist. Große Menschen stoßen sich anfangs den Kopf und die Treppen erfordern ein gewisses Maß an Trittsicherheit und Kondition.

Familienurlaub
Nettes Haus, was ausreichend Platz für uns (zwei Erwachsene, vier Kinder) bot. Wenn man sich gut versteht ist auch ein Urlaub mit 8 Personen in diesem Haus möglich.

Haus Schottstraße 29 Traben-Trarbach
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da es auf drei Ebenen liegt und die Treppen sehr steil sind leider nicht so gut für kleine Kinder und gehbehinderte geeignet.
Es liegt aber sehr Central in Trarbach, sodass wir auch abends noch mal gerne rausgegangen sind. Es liegen auch einige Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Einige schöne Wanderungen waren direkt vom Ort aus möglich, sodass das Auto stehen bleiben konnte.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich vor unserer Ankunft und noch unserer Abfahrt per Mail gemeldet. Da sie nicht vor Ort wohnt. Wir hatten aber eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, die uns auch im Vorfeld benannt wurde.

Hus med god beliggenhed i Traben-Trabach
Dejlig ferie i Traben-Trabach. Huset har en god beliggenhed i gåafstand til alt. Også fine parkeringsmuligheder. Huset var præcis som forventet. Det er ikke for ældre og gangbesværede pga. de stejle trapper og 3 etager, men har man ikke de udfordringer er det helt perfekt. God kommunikation og kontakt til ejer.

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage
Kleines aber feines Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage. Wein(berge) und Mosel sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Den morgendlichen Kirchturm-Wecker gibt es inklusive. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet (einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die nicht besonders scharfen Küchenmesser - sonst alles top).
Ein großes Lob für die freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermietung.

Ein rundrum toller Urlaub!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Traben-Trarbach und haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin sowie die Betreuung vor Ort waren hervorragend. Das hat uns besonders bei der Vorbereitung und Planung unseres Urlaubs sehr geholfen, aber auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Google-Liste mit Restaurantempfehlungen und Anlaufpunkten vor Ort war eine tolle Idee und sehr hilfreich. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal so daß Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswertes im Ort gut zufuß erreichbar sind. Diverse Karten und Wander/ Radwanderführer waren im Haus vorhanden. Für uns war es sehr praktisch, die Räder die uns im Haus zur Verfügung standen, zu nutzen.
Parken war überhaupt kein Problem, entweder in der Schottstraße oder unten am Moselufer wo ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze sind.
Das Haus war sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Betten waren bequem und unpassungsfähig, warme Wolldecken waren auch griffbereit. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und wir fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Bei dem schönen Wetter haben wir viel draußen auf der Dachterasse gesessen, aber auch in der Sofaecke im Dachgeschoß sitzt man sehr gemütlich. Bei der großen Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern wurde uns auch nicht langweilig. Der kleine Fitnessraum ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar ein Spinningbike. Für eine Gruppe mit mehreren Leuten, wo man sich vielleicht nicht immer auf das gleiche Fernsehprogramm einigen möchte, war es natürlich klasse, dass im Haus drei große Fernseher vorhanden waren. WLAN war auch stabil verfügbar. Also wirklich alles top! Die Moselregion ist einmalig schön und zu jeder Jahreszeit immer eine Reise wert. Von dem leckeren Moselwein ganz zu schweigen! Einen Spaziergang zur Grevenburg-Ruine direkt durch den Weinberg oberhalb des Ferienhauses sollte man auf jeden Fall einplanen. Die Schiffsfahrt auf der Mosel hat uns auch super gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mosel Winzerhaus
Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet - auch die Küche. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut kühl zu halten, was bei 36 Grad Schwüle sehr angenehm war. Der Innenhof kühlt sehr gut, wenn er auch nicht gerade zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Treppen sind ganz schön steil und gewöhnungsbedürftig, man gewöhnt sich aber sehr schnell daran. Die Terrasse ist angenehm, wobei der kleine Garten nicht genutzt werden konnte - viel zu trocken und steil, um da rauf zu klettern. Aber das tut dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck keinerlei Abbruch! Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön.nur leider ist die nichts für 80 jährige.Unsere Eltern waren mit .Dafür sind die Treppen zu steil gewesen.sonst war aber alles sehr gut.

Schöne Location mit kurzen Wegen
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal um fußläufig alle interessanten Örtlichkeiten in Traben zu erreichen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
Die Aufenthaltsräume sind sehr gemütlich und die Bäder sauber.
Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Straßenarbeiten direkt vor dem Haus, allerdings hat unser Host vorbildlich sehr frühzeitig darauf hingewiesen.

Zentral gelegen
Wir waren als Familie mit drei Teenies in der Wohnung gut auf den drei Ebenen untergebracht. Alle Etagen, außer die oberste, haben eine Toilette. Das Ehebett, das dort steht, war uns zu schmal und steht längs in der Ecke, so dass man über den Partner klettern muss.
Mit den bereitgestellten elektrischen Heizlüftern ist die Wohnung angenehm und schnell kuschelwarm.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Fußminuten ist man an der Mosel, im Weinberg oder an der Ruine.

Mosel muss man gesehen haben
Das Gebälk innen ist sehr schön und das man sich aufteilen kann, damit sich jeder mal zurückziehen kann. Es ist sauber und man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner. Wir hatten leider Pech, dass gerade gebaut wurde, aber das wird ja nicht immer so sein. Sonst kurze Wege zum Bäcker und Gaststätten. Die Treppen sind sehr steil, aber Geländer vorhanden. 3 Fahrräder vor Ort, Die Terasse ist gemütlich, man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass man keinen Blick auf die Mosel bzw. nur wenig auf die Weinberge hat. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz mit Ausweis an der Mosel, fanden wir sehr gut. Viel Freude den nächsten Urlaubern wünscht Familie Jung

Schönes Haus in einem schönen Ort.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. (Nur ein HDMI Kabel hat gefehlt 😉�) Ich würde wieder hinfahren, aber erst, wenn die Baustelle vor der Tür fertig ist. 🙄�

Gemütlich und nützlich eingerichtet, aber sehr laut.
Die Räume und die kleine Terasse hinter dem Haus sind zum Wohlfühlen. Aber in der 1. Etage ist ab 4 Uhr an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Die 2. Etage ist besser und der Schlafraum im Dachgeschoss ist ruhig. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Viele gute Restaurants und Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lovely house bursting with character in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay in the pretty town of Traben Trabach. The house is nicely situated close to the river and is built into the mountainside. There is plenty of room to accommodate two families (we were 4 adults and 2 teenagers). Astrid is very responsive, answering any queries very quickly. Check-in is quick and easy. The property is clean and extremely well-equipped. Travelling in the summer, we were able to spend a lot of time on the lovely roof terrace. My son also enjoyed using the gym. The beds are comfortable and the showers are great. At night there is some traffic noise when the windows are open but we didn't find this a particular problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and we would love to stay there again if we are ever in the area.
