Our comfortable and fully equipped furnished apartment in a very quiet residential area in 55595 Hargesheim near Bad Kreuznach can accommodate 1 to 5 people (cats or dogs are welcome as well). The bright, friendly and clean art apartment with very good bus service to the spa and wine town of Bad Kreuznach by the Nahe river (15 minutes to the city center by bus) is at ground level / ground floor and has a separate entrance. Hargesheim lies between the spa towns Bad Kreuznach with the bridge houses and the Salinental and Bad Sobernheim with open air museum and a barefoot path. Bingen am Rhein is located about 18 km away. Other historic cities in the vicinity are: Koblenz, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Trier, Idar-Oberstein. All shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Our wine growing region has numerous restaurants & wineries, museums, castles, forts, chateaus & palaces, zoos and wildlife parks, lakes & water parks, leisure and theme parks ... The 95 square meters large art apartment is perfectly suitable for business travelers, tourists, spa patients, students and viticulture student apartment with free Wi-Fi has a living room with large panoramic sliding window for direct access to the patio with adjoining garden, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, basement and laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The large patio is roofed and equipped with sunshades, one large table and chairs. Free parking for 1 to 3 cars infront of and next to the apartment. The very modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, sink, fridge / freezer, microwave, grill-oven, coffee machines, toaster, kettle and pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 5 chairs. The bright and pleasant living room offers various sofas, a wall unit with German and English books, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo. The fully equipped bathroom with a window has a shower, vanity and toilet. The bedroom offers a double bed with two high quality mattresses (100 x 200 cm each), two bedside tables, a mirror cabinet, a shoe cupboard and a generously sized wardrobe. In another room there is an extra bed for 1 to 2 persons (one mattress, 140 x 200 cm). Towels and sheets are provided. Should you stay longer, you may wash and change sheets and towels or have them washed and changed by me (subject to small fee). I am also happy to clean the apartment for you during a longer stay (50 euro fee). The apartment is cool in summer and does not require air conditioning. Central heating provides cozy warmth during the winter. A washing machine and a dryer are available for use in the laundry room. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig u trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe! Wir haben die Terrasse u den Griller im Garten super gefunden. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgerüstet, es ist alles da! Leider war die Wohnung recht staubig, ein Grund dafür sind wahrscheinlich die vielen Dekorationen, die sehr witzig u kreativ sind, es aber schwer machen die Wohnung sauber zu halten! Im großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen!

Sehr, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung! Sie ist groß, geräumig mit viel Liebe zum Detail und viel Bastelarbeit eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wie zu Hause - alles da was man so braucht und Hobbyköche können voll loslegen. Die Terasse ist ein Highlight - inklusive Dreibeingrill im Garten!!! Der Garten ist leider nicht eingezäunt - daher empfehle ich Hundebesitzern etwas zum Anpflocken mitzunehmen. Unser Findus ist ständig ausgebüchst!! Die Lage ist auch perfekt: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker (war der morgendliche Gassigang mit unserem Hund). Es ist ein Rewe-Supermarkt im Ort; dorthin sind es aber ca 2-3 km (fußläufig doch recht weit). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung . Wohlfühlathmosphäre !!! Es fehlte an nichts ! Alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist idealer Ausgsngspunkt für Wanderungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen, auch mein Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt !! Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin !

Das Haus lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hunde und hatten Platz ohne Ende. Es ist alles sauber und sehr lustig kreativ eingerichtet. Es fehlte einfach an gar nichts. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht (bei uns gibt es nicht so viel) und auch das Bad hatte genügend Handtücher usw.. Im Wohnzimmer und für die gemütlichen Sofas oder Stühle lagen überall genügend Decken und Kissen bereit. Als Raucher waren wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und haben es genossen in den Garten zu sehen. Hier gab es auch kostenlos Tomaten und alle Arten an Kräutern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hlilft, wann immer es nötig war. Alles in Allem eine sehr gelungene Sache!

Die Beschreibung im Online-Inserat entspricht den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Die sehr gepflegte und gediegen, in keinem Detail minderwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung wird durch den künstlerischen Ideenreichtum der Eigentümerin zum Solitär. Die Ausstattung der Küche, des Wohnzimmers und des Schlafzimmers ist reichhaltig und qualitätvoll. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich als sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zu keiner Zeit aufdringliche Nachbarin. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung herrscht eine geradezu therapeutische Ruhe. Im Ort selbst findet der Gast Tankstelle, Super- und Drogeriemarkt, Weinstube und Pizzeria. Das wenige Kilometer entfernte Bad Kreuznach bietet ein reichhaltiges kulturelles, kulinarisches und insgesamt gut strukturiertes touristisches Angebot. Die Ferienwohnung in Hargesheim ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

I stayed here for a few months, and absolutely loved it. It is located on a nice quiet street, it's very clean, spacious, and has a nice yard with a great view of the hills. It was the perfect location for me as I did not have a vehicle, and could walk to the grocery stores, restaurants banks and more. There are also several places to go for scenic walks (great for dogs)nearby, through the fields and vineyards, with great views of Bad Kreuznach and all surrounding towns. If you are seeking a place to stay that is close to sight seeing, this is the place to be. It is only a 20 minute drive to the Rhein (Bingen am Rhine) where you can take river cruises, and is very close to several other tourist attractions. Not to mention, Hargesheim is surrounded by several wonderful wineries! The owner, Christine, is one of the nicest persons I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was very welcoming, accommodating, and if I needed anything she was always there to help. I will be back to stay in this apartment, and highly recommend it to anyone!
