Very nice place, very comfortable. The only problem we had was the parking because we had a large truck. And I would make a suggestion that a small bench put near door so there would be able to seat to put boots on.

Lots of space, nice and quiet, beautiful area of town. Super comfortable and huge bed in the main bedroom! Had a lovely stay.

Very nice space. Well appointed and in a safe area. I enjoyed walking everyday in Tuxedo. David was attentive and thoughtful. All in all it was an excellent stay. I will be staying again in the future.

The smell of clean as we walked in. There were minor hiccups but not worth mentioning because the host was prompt to respond and rectify. Great quiet neighbourhood near all shopping needs.

From start to finish a wonderful experience! Our host was very accommodating… his property more than met our expectations! A very well maintained condo. Spacious, modern, comfy cozy! All the amenities of home in beautiful area of Winnipeg!

Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Very clean and modern. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of pillows, towels, and sheets. We especially appreciated the body pillows and water cooler! The covered parking was very convenient, although the poles made it difficult to park the minivan we rented. Next time we'll rent a smaller car! Also a great location and very quiet. The host was very helpful. Thank you!

This property was just what we needed for a 4 night stay close to family with great amenities. Everything was as advertised. David was a very attentive host, dealing with an A/C problem proactively and helping with the bbq at a moment's notice. Prompt and timely communication. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding to get away before having to go home! Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with all the cooking utensils/appliances you need to cooks great meal, bed comfy, and the pool was a great addition! David was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our time in Winnipeg was to celebrate the life of our Grandma. David was so kind, even leaving a personal note of condolences. The condo was amazing. Even had fresh flowers on the table. Location was great. We would definitely stay again & would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you David for all you did to help ease our time there while we said good bye to our Nana.

The apartment complex surrounded by a green belt perfect for early morning and late evening walks. It is close to lots of parks for longer walks and very close Kenaston for shopping and getting around Winnipeg.

This apartment is located in a complex that is surrounded by a green belt - perfect for early morning and evening walks with the dogs. It is also located near many parks including an off leash park and the Assiniboine Forest. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. David was very responsive when we called.
