The apartment Luxerious Varos is not far from the park Marijan and about 5 minutes from downtown in a quiet and exclusive area of Split.
The apartment is very modern and luxurious.
It has two bedrooms as a toilet with bath and a modern kitchen with all accessories.
The living room is modern with a LED TV and a surround system in a class of harman / kardon, but they are also air conditioned.
In the living room, there is also a couch, where a person can still sleep separately if It is necessary. In the courtyard of the apartment there is a barbecue and of course a parking space for the car.
The best way to get a first impression is to see the photos of the apartment.

This apartment was beautiful and clean. It was close to city center and very modern. Very convenient and easy to get to places. Would definitely stay there again.

This home was wonderful for our stay in Sit - very nicely decorated, includes washer what is nice for long stays. The best plus is there is a mini market and local bakery across the street and short walk to restaurants. Host was excellent/prompt! Stay at this amazing property- you will not be disappointed.

Excellent location and property, true to the description. Minutes away from the old town centre, and has a small convenience store and bakery across the road. Bakery is delicious!! Host was super helpful and gave us some great advice and tips!!
