I truly loved the accommodations at your resort! They were extremely clean, and well stocked. I had a problem with the tub, called maintenance and they came to fix it with no issues. And they were very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the mattress were to hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, its the perfect place to stay.

Whispering Pines is located just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, very close to all the activities. Condo 541 is a beautiful, spacious, clean 3bed 3 bath with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels for our party of 7. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to my family and friends!

Great.. The view was great, we had snow, awesome. Couple little things no fans in the 2 additional bedrooms would have helped. No fan on fireplace, and the master bedroom was a lot colder than the rest. These are minor things our time was great best time of year February very little traffic. Also would have like an additional recliner most of the units have more than 1 so I wish 3 bedroom did too.

The condo was clean and the rooms were large with nice views of the mountains. The master bath shower head was leaking and spraying water outside the shower onto the sheetrock wall which will ruin it if not fixed quickly and the mattresses on all the beds are very uncomfortable. My husband slept on the couch and slept better than anybody else on the trip.

Whispering Pines is located close to the parkway where restaurants, shops & entertainment are located, which is important during peak times with heavy traffic. The complex offers excellent amenities and convenient parking. The condo itself was decorated just like in the pictures so no surprises. Beds were comfortable and loved having an on-suite bathroom connected to each bedroom. Condo was very spacious for 6 people! Views were beautiful from the balcony. Great place to enjoy morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

First of all,I am not from Mt. Olive, I am from Mt. Orab, Ohio.We had a great time in Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge.Wish that we could have stayed longer. I was however disappointed when I did not get the condo that I was originally promised,which faced the parkway instead of the mountains. I agree that the mountains are beautiful but we were just wanting a different view this time.I was very happy with the condo. It was clean and very well taken care of.The pool was very nice as well. The management was also great.We do plan on staying at your condos again in the future.

It was an okay vacation rental. Nothing to write home about. A bit overpriced if you ask me, when you add in the outdated decor, furniture, appliances,rude staff, etc. I was charged a mandatory $70 cleaning fee but yet the rules state we had to take out our trash, and clean the dishes. So what exactly is this cleaning fee for? The least favorite part of everything might have just been the staff. Upon arrival, I walked into the office to check in, and the two women at the counter just COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. They were having a conversation in which one appeared to be showing the other something on the computer. Okay, however how about a quick hello/acknowledgement and telling me, the paying customer, 'we will be right with you'. No. I stood right in front of these two ladies, and I was completely ignored for over 15 seconds or so until I loudly let them know I was there to check in. One of them then told me to hang on. I'm still in shock about the blatant rudeness and awful customer service. The morning of the check out, I called to ask a question, and got another not so nice staff member. Another quip of mine was the homes could have been better/cleaner. The main lamp beside my bedroom was not working. One of the outlets near my bed was not working. And as I was trying to find something, I looked behind a dresser to find a tissue paper, and a small empty bottle.
