About this apartment rental

Ideal location for holidays or a congress. Everything is done on foot in a few minutes: Palais des Festivals, shopping rue d'Antibes, promenade and sandy beaches on the Croisette. The area is very lively during the day with shops and restaurants.
Although central, the apartment is very quiet: it crosses east-west and overlooks a pedestrian street and an interior courtyard. All windows have double glazing and it is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
It is located on the second floor (out of four) of a small condominium of 13 apartments. There is no elevator.
Also 3 minutes from the apartment, the train and bus stations allow excursions across the French Riviera and the Italian Riviera (Genoa, San Remo, Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Grasse, St Raphaël, St Tropez, Le Lavandou, Toulon, Marseille European capital of culture in 2013.
