About this apartment rental
Situated in residence Phoenix, Belle Plagne, a lovely, spacious apartment to enjoy your next ski holiday, it is newly renovated. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a lovely, large open plan space - the lounge area has three sofas, which turn into single sofa beds, one has a pull out bed underneath - there is also a TV and DVD player & personal wifi. The dining area has a large wooden table with lovely alpine chairs, that easily seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen doesn't get more perfect, with a full sized single oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space and space for chopping, plus an induction hob. The kitchen has pop up sockets with two of the all important USB charging points for all your technology requirements. The balcony has the most exquisite views of the mountains and is very sunny for the vast majority of the day, being south facing. The master bedroom has an en-suit shower room with natural stone tiles, with chunky wooden vanity and natural stone basin, with towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above and makes a great family room. There is also a family bathroom with bath an integrated shower, also in natural stone tiles, with a lovely wooden unit & stone basin, wall hung toilet & heated towel rail. We do not include linen and towels but you can rent them on request. The end of stay clean is included in the price, however we request that you leave the property tidy with a clean kitchen. Belle Plagne is a twinkly and very snowy village and in summer luscious and green with heaps of activities for children and adults alike (mountain biking, Electric mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, bouncy castles, festi plagne, high altitude trail races). It has fabulous restaurants with sunny decks, a decent size super market, ski shops, a fantastic bakery and shops selling all things very french. Everything is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and it has the most beautiful views at the snow sure heights of 2050 meters, so skiing is fantastic right from the start to the end of the season! All with cozy new duvets and pillows. Private underground parking can be rented right next to the apartment, so you are guaranteed a parking space if required!
La Plagne is a vast playground, ideal for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers - one of the largest ski areas in the world (420km of marked piste) since the new Vanoise Express Cable car to Les Arcs was built. With great access to all the skiing area & to the snow sure Bellecote Glacier at 3400 meters for the more advanced and those who love off piste. ESF meeting points are a few minutes walk and other ski schools are also very close by.

We loved the apartment. We were only 4 people staying so lots of room. Two well appointed bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. The beds and sofas are comfy. A great view from the balcony. The piste is close by but there are a lot of stairs both up and down to be navigated in ski boots.

Our overall view of the property was great. The lounge is very spacious and probably felt more so as we were only 3 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the view of the mountain slopes opposite from the kitchen/ diner was outstanding. It was also lovely to have a small balcony.
Our only comments (small in the scheme of things) were as follows:
1. The shower in the ensuite sprayed all over the floor providing a trip hazard, with some adjustment that should easily be rectified. Or provide a bathmat.
2. The extractor fans in both bathrooms did not work.
3. For the price it was surprising that bedding and tea towels were not included.

We had a great 4 days. Check in process really easy. Location is convenient. Really clean and airy. Great views from balcony. Lounge much bigger and airier than looks in picture. Fully recommend.
