About this villa rental
In this little paradise—a seaside retreat—even in the off-season, with beautiful views of the nearby sea from every room, in a private, enclosed area with direct private access to the beach (80 m), you’ll find a beautiful, air-conditioned villa (4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms), a fully enclosed and protected, secure 9x4 pool heated from April through November, surrounded by a fenced-in garden with trees, two large terraces, 700m tennis court. Golf course and marina 5 kilometers away, near the Hyères Islands.
The house, which serves as the owners’ primary residence and is therefore very well maintained, is furnished with antique pieces and also includes a French billiards table, a piano and a synthesizer, a telephone, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The last renovation took place in 2013.
Triple room with billiards (sea view from the sofa), air-conditioned; two main rooms (three beds: one with a 160 double bed and a 90 single bed, and the other with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed), a small (one 160 double bed). Two bathrooms, two separate toilets. Fully equipped kitchen.
South-facing villa between the sea and the pool in a gated community with direct walking access to the beach. A wooded plot of 1,200 m².
Sunbathing area around the pool, 3 terraces, each with dining furniture. Shade provided by two electric roller shades and awnings.
Shaded indoor parking for two cars.
Private pool, 9 m x 4 m, treated with bromine, heated if necessary.
Canalsat TV, landline phone, Wi-Fi.

Agréable maison. Accès facile à la, plage. Spacieuse et conviviale.
Seul bemole les lampes extérieur ne marches pas, et le manque de barbecues.

Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Cadre magnifique, à deux pas de la plage et néanmoins au calme. Maison spacieuse, bien équioée et très confortable. Piscine invisible des voisins. Proche de tous les centres d'intéret. Accueil agréable et compétent.
