The renovated house decorated with raw materials and natural materials can accommodate up to 8 people. Bright and south facing, it offers a pleasant exposure from the first rays of sun. We had a lovely, but short stopover, 3 nights, at Sea Breezes on our way back to Caen. The property is exactly as depicted in the photos and as lovely as it sounds. The gite is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely, personalised touches. It is very well equipped with cutlery, crockery and plenty of glasses.:-we didn't cook so I cannot comment on pans etc. It's a lovely, short walk down to the beach and only a short drive into Dieppe along the coast road. A delightful stay in a delightful gite.

We have stayed here before and this time was as perfect as our previous visit. Valerie is a perfect host. The property is exactly as seen in the photos. There’s so much to explore in the area. Absolutely perfect!

Nous sommes venu du vendredi 17 au dimanche 19 juin 2022 un week-end en famille juste parfait ! nous nous avons fait des tonnes de bon souvenirs une maison qui a beaucoup d’onde positive qui est chaleureuse et agréable une superbe déco 🤩 on se sent comme à la maison nous gardons l’adresse pour une autre occasion d’escapade un immense merci à Valérie pour son adorable accueil sa grande gentillesse et sa disponibilité vous avez une très forte aura qui dégage de très bonnes ondes la maison vous reflète totalement !

The house is warm and welcoming and fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect size for 4 adults.
Comfortable beds, with the peaceful surroundings, provided a good nights sleep.
It’s a 10 min drive into the centre, or if you're up to a good walk, taking in some glorious views it is about 45 min walk.
Would definitely return to Dieppe and this property.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en famille dans la charmante maison de Valérie. Nous nous sommes sentis bien à peine la porte franchie en découvrant les lieux et le sourire de Valérie qui est très accueillante. La maison est très fonctionnelle, la pièce de vie est chaleureuse, chacun avait son espace dans les chambres pour travailler ou se reposer. A seulement 700 mètres de la plage, dans un environnement calme et résidentiel, à quelques kilomètres du centre ville et de toutes les commodités. Le marché de Dieppe vaut le détour ! Valérie s'est toujours rendue disponible, les échanges étaient très clairs et réactifs. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la région et nous reviendrons certainement chez Valérie pour continuer les visites !

Nous avons passé quatre jours dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était réuni pour cette escale agréable et reposante. Visites culturelles, ballades au bord de mer et soirées sereines. Maison très calme et chaleureuse. Nos ados de 16 ans ont également adoré notre séjour.

Une parenthèse enchantée
Ce séjour fera partie de nos beaux souvenirs, et nous aurons plaisir à nous en rappeler maintenant rentrés chez nous. Le gîte est à l'image de Valérie : charmant; chaleureux et bienveillant ... rien ne manque et on s'y sent très vite comme chez soit. Un vrai petit nid d'amour pour un séjour romantique ...

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, leider ungepflegt und ein Schimmelproblem
Das Haus sieht ansprechend aus und die Dekoration ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Empfang war nett und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war allerdings eher schwierig, es lag viel Staub in den Ecken, der Aussenbereich war sehr ungepflegt. Das Hauptproblem war aber der Schimmelbefall. Einige Zimmer, davon zwei Schlafräume waren derart stark befallen, dass man kaum atmen konnte, als die Fenster geschlossen waren. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht fortsetzen und sind nach der ersten Nacht sofort abgereist. Die Abwicklung und Rückzahlung klappte anstandslos, trotzdem ist es ärgerlich seinen Urlaub so zu beginnen und spontan eine andere Unterkunft suchen zu müssen.

Logement idéal pour une escapade entre amis
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement décoré avec goût. Valérie a pensé à laisser tout ce qui est nécessaire pour ne pas avoir à se soucier des produits ménagers, des condiments, etc...en plus de petites attentions pour nous faire découvrir les produits locaux . De plus elle s’est montrée disponible et attentive .
Chaque couple avait sa salle de bains, ce qui a été très pratique pour notre groupe . En bref nous recommandons la brise de mer .

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus in landschaftlich toller Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und ein toller Empfang, alles sauber. Die Straße direkt vorm Haus ist jedoch ziemlich stark durch Mopeds und Motorräder befahren, daher etwas Abzug bei Beschreibung und Lage.
