Located in a private and secure residential area, this Provençal farmhouse features a one-hectare park that is fenced in and planted with trees. You’ll enjoy the professionally maintained pool, the adjacent terrace where you can have your meals, and the large outdoor barbecue. . You’ll enjoy the sunset over the mountains in the evening. Within 15 km, you’ll have the option to choose between the beaches and restaurants of Sainte-Maxime or take a hike through the Pennafort Gorges or along the local wine route.

Nice location and big domain. You have everything you need but a little outdated, wich is suitable in the setting. You will have to do everything by car - 10 min drive for first shops.

Beautiful villa and private pool.
Lots of things to do in the near area.
The owner was really good and was available and responded quickly.
Only 1 improvement point.
Water pressure was low every evening and sometimes it would take around 5 minutes to fill the toilet. Not sure why?
Caused some problems with evening showers.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Da wir scheinbar die ersten Gäste heuer waren, roch alles sehr muffig.
Sonst wären wir zufrieden.
