At 900m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the West coast of the Island of Oléron and a stone's throw from the market of Domino, house of character (quoted in architectural books of Oléron), comfortable and warm of 86m ² 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted, with a terrace and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor with a lift.
The house offers a large garden of 900m ², entirely closed and without opposite. It has 2 awnings of 40m ² with barbecue to eat and relax outside as well as a hut in the trees, for the greatest happiness of the children!
The yard allows several vehicles to be parked safely.
50m from the house, all shops, bakery, cellar, cheese shop, grocery store, restaurants, Domino market ...
The area of Domino, very popular and tourist of the island is a good starting point for visiting the various sites such as the lighthouse of Chassiron (11km), BoyardVille and Fort Boyard (13km).
At 50m from the house, you can rent bicycles, ideal to discover the island, very well served by bike paths.

Had a fantastic time, property was perfect & felt at home as soon as we arrived. We travelled with our dog, Millie & she loved the nearby beach & swimming in the sea. The location was perfect as you are never far from anywhere on the island.The property is all one 1 level & we had plenty of space.Everything was like a home from home with no expense spared on the fittings & appliances.Melanie was a great host & we would definitely be booking another trip in the future.

Si vous voulez aller à un endroit très calme d’Oleron ce serait idéal. Belle plage très proche, mais pour de bons restaurants il faut conduire 10 minutes ou prendre le vélo.
