Nestled in Sanary-sur-Mer, this attractive house for $154 per night is a great option for your next break. Within the area of the town of Sanary-sur-Mer, holiday house (new) in the countryside of the hills of Sanary within a family property of the size of 10 Acres. Gorgeous view at the Mediterranean Sea and the hills, all comfort, very peaceful area in the midst of olive trees. Access by fastened country track suitable for motor vehicles. In 2010 the four star award granted by the prefecture has been renewed. The holiday house was build in 2005 on the family property which is been bought in 1930 and 10 Acres have been inherited by the owners. The house is completely isolated has no direct neighbour and the surroundings have been kept very natural. We live in another house at the same hill a few terrace fields above. We enjoy welcoming vacationers and share with them the unbelievable beauty, silence and authenticity of the region. The holiday house has been built in upscale construction with all comfort and it is very pleasant to live here. The adjustment of the house is to the south and every room has a gorgeous view. On the terrace, 3 mulberry plane trees spend a very fresh shadow and the house itself is very well isolated. In former times on the property wine and flowers were produced and today the owners produce olive oil. In spring, February-March, the mimosas and the almond trees give magnificent landscape portraits with the narcissus and anemones that blossom on the hills. Surroundings, beach access and Sanary centre: The house has a view to the Mediterranean Sea, the Sanary town, the Sicié Cape, and the Six Fours Fort from the hill of our property (pine trees, olive trees and almond trees etc.) There is no direct neighbour and a lot of space. Great tranquillity without being isolated. We are separated from the motorway by a hill, therefore there is no visual or sound pollution. The beaches and the Sanary centre are 3 km away. You access the beaches without passing through the centre and avoid traffic. There is a supermarket 1.5 km away from the house; the access is also possible without passing through the town centre. Rate: We ask the vacationers for the house cleaning at departure 100 Euros.

Très agréable séjour dans une vaste maison où tout était parfait. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la très belle vue donnant sur la mer. Par ailleurs les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute.

Très belle maison, très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, avec une vue par temps clair à couper le souffle.
Propriétaires charmants, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété, au calme absolu au milieu des oliviers dans les restanques.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez M. et Mme Vuillemin qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison est très propre, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique et le calme absolu. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Maison très bien équipée, très confortable, tout le nécessaire pour bébé qui a eu la place de faire ses premiers pas! Magnifique terrasse principale, quelle joie de manger avec vue sur la mer et de se reposer dans les nombreux transats..Ne manque plus qu'un SPA pour la cerise sur le gâteau ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont bien accueillis et conseillés. A refaire!

Ein Traumhaus mit super Aussicht.
Er war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. An Haushaltsgeräten war alles vorhanden, sogar für die Kinder Gesellschaftssiele und Bücher. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch jederzeit wieder dahin fahren.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es könnte sehr gut sein, dass wir dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges, idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus im Olivenhain.
Wir verbrachten einen sehr erholsamen, entspannten Urlaub in dem großzügig aufgeteilten und sehr komfortabel ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse über Oliven, Zypressen und Kiefern bis zum Mittelmeer war einfach faszinierend. Schöne Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Sanary-sur-Mer ist ein hübsches, idyllisches Hafenstädtchen mit einer netten Altstadt und vielen kleinen Boutiquen. Vom nahegelegenen Gebirgszug Gros Cerveau hatten wir traumhafte Ausblicke auf das Hinterland der Provence und auf die Küste. Unsere Vermieter Marie-Claire und Pierre Vuillemin waren sehr freundlich und herzlich und haben uns viele nützliche Tipps für wunderbare Ausflüge, Besichtigungen und Unternehmungen gegeben. Haus und Umgebung können wir bestens empfehlen.

Magnifique endroit. Séjour des plus agréable.
Nous nous sommes rendue sans problème à notre lieu de résidence. Mr et Mme Vuillemin nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. En plus de jolies fleurs garnissaient la table du salon et des confitures maisons nous était offert en guise de bienvenue. La propriété correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était décrit. Propreté impeccable vue splendide dur la mer. Nous avons été trés bien informé pour faire nos emplettes,pour la baignade,les restaurants et les actractions de la région. Selon nos intérêts, Mr et Mme Vuillemin nous ont suggéré des sites à visiter, dans tous les cas nous avons été ravi de ce que nous avons vu. Sans hésitation nous recommandons cette location à la famille comme aux amis.

Vacances idéales dans le Var
Cadre magnifique ( le regard ne cesse d'être attiré par cette vue imprenable sur les Embiez), maison parfaitement entretenue, très confortable et très bien équipée pour 7 personnes, le calme, les plages de sable fin à 4km et toutes les collines alentour à découvrir. Un profond bonheur !

Très bel endroit maison superbe très propre rien ne manquait.Très calme beaucoup d'espace pour nos petits enfants belle vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires nous ont donné de bons conseils.Notre séjour était un peu trop court il nous reste encore beaucoup de site a voir.Donc nous retournerons.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux avec nos 3 enfants.
La maison est spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée, bien située et au calme! La terrasse est bien équipée, avec assez de chaises longues pour tout le monde!!! Depuis la terrasse nous avons vue sur la mer, c'est très beau! Nous avons d'ailleurs pu assister au 2 feux d'artifice de Sanary depuis nos chaises longues!!!
Monsieur et Madame Vuillemin nous ont reservé un accueil chaleureux ( merci pour les 2 pots de confitures!!), ils sont discrets et à l'écoute.
C'est vraiment une location à recommander! Nous y retournerons!

Hallo zusammen, wir haben spontan und ohne große Erwartung den Sommerurlaub in Frankreich gebucht. Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt nichts. Terrasse, Garten und der Ausblick - einmalig. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden mit Sicherheit zu Wiederholungstätern.

la maison est située sur les hauteurs de Sanary à 5mn du port. Elle est très bien équipée autant dans les chambres (linge ,coussins, couvertures, cintres etc...) que dans la cuisine. La mer est visible de toutes les porte-fenêtres de toutes les pièces. Le barbecue est très pratique pour des soirées relaxes et le bois est régulièrement approvisionné.
Les propriétaires sont au petits soins jusqu'à nous procurer un fauteuil roulant et des rampes d'accès à la maison et la terrasse lorsque notre amie a fait une mauvaise chute.
A recommander absolument !!

MAISON IDEALE

There is a feeling of light and space everywhere. The large living and kitchen area has 3 sets of glass doors out onto the patio. It is comfortably furnished. There is a dining table as well as the breakfast bar, or "pastis and rose bar" as Pierre describes it! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could want.
The 3 bedrooms are all a very good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The beds are very comfortable and linen of the highest quality.
Outside there is a good choice of garden furniture. The villa is situated amongst peaceful olive groves, with wonderful views and sunsets out to sea in the distance.
There is a public swimming pool 5 minutes drive away, with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, flume and shallow pool for children, as well as the main pool.
From Marseille the best route is to leave the autoroute at the Bandol turnoff J12, and let your satnav lead you to the property. If you are shopping first go on to J14 where there is a massive Champion hypermarket by the sliproad, far better quality and choice than local supermarkets around Sanary.
Market day is Wednesday, very busy, huge jams - avoid these by going by 9am and park just back from the front in the Arnaldi multistory.
Pierre (who speaks good English) and Marie Claire live 50 yards away and are always pleased to help We could not fault this house and have already booked to return next year!

The beautiful villa was ideally located at the flank of La Bernarde surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The large terrace allowed impressing views over the bay of Sanary. The villa was very comfortable, clean and perfectly well equipped.
The lovely small village Sanary sur Mer was in a short distance as well as many wonderful beaches. Sanary sur mer is well situated for trips by boat to the Calanques or to the Provence countryside.
We thank Marie-Claire and Pierre for their outstanding hospitality and this wonderful relaxing vacation. We definitely will come back again and recommend La Bernarde to all our friends.

We had a lovely and relaxing vacation at this villa.The villa was new, spacious, well furnished and very clean, nothing was missing, 100% equipment!
Big terrace with spectacular view overlooking the valley to the sea, we loved the calm atmosphere.
The location is great, near the charming town of Sanary-sur-Mer and near the beaches.
In sum, the house is lovely, the owners very friendly and helpful and the area is beautiful with plenty to see and to do and some excellent walks.
We loved it and will definitely be going back. Thank you!

la maison est très agréable, d'une propreté impeccable, l'accueil est chaleureux. Les lits sont très confortables et la terrasse avec vue sur la mer est idyllique. Le seul bémol, c'est la distance : on est en pleine campagne et il faut prendre la voiture dés qu'on sort de la maison : Sanary et la mer m'ont paru très loin. Si cette maison avait une piscine, ce serait vraiment le rêve. Beaucoup de belles balades à faire et sites à découvrir. Séjour très positif

Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cette belle villa (5 ADULTES ET 2 ENFANTS).Elle est très spacieuse. Elle est très bien entretenue, le ménage était impeccable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, linge de lit, couvertures, coussins en double. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine, on se croirait à la maison. Le cadre est magnifique. Début mars les nombreux mimosas entourant la villa était en fleur, magnifique. Vue sur la mer. Un havre de paix avec des propriétaires aux petits soins. Une villa à louer sans soucis.
