About this villa rental
This lovely 3 bedroom family friendly pool bungalow WIFI’ed villa lies in between the characteristic Portuguese villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Going up to the roof bbq terrace will give you the most spectacular 330°(rest blocked by neighbouring villa) views over coastline, Portimão and Monchique hills, especially at night Portimão is magnificent to watch. This modern good quality villa consists of three bedrooms which all have their own bathrooms(2 en-suites) double beds, terrace exit and built in wardrobes, entering villa in small entry hall leading to an ample light flooded lounge with (W)LAN - Internet router, fire place, flat screen, HIFI stereo + dining area immediately adjoining a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to (covered) terraces and pool. Outside there are numerous terraces amongst others lounge terrace, a big covered bbq terrace with stylish furniture(leading to big 5 x 10m pool with outside shower) and the fantastic bbq roof terrace. The 1000m² private grounds are fully fenced in, also an evergreen hedge surrounds the whole plot ensuring a high level of privacy. Splendid bay beaches only minutes away!!!

The Villa exceeded expectations and I loved the quiet surroundings and beautiful views. The villa had everything we needed for our much needed and appreciated holiday. The communication with the management was excellent and very helpful. We would definitely recommend however a car is essential for getting to the shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely week in this villa. A family of 2 adults and 2 children.
The pool was fantastic, extremely deep in the deep end, fine for us but just be aware.
The location was great, very quiet but restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away. Management were great and dealt with any issues quickly. Would love to stay again.

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir haben tolle 14 Tage dort verbracht. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terassen sind wunderbar. Die eine bietet einen traumhaften Blick über das ganze Land und die andere ist ein schöner geschützter Schattenplatz am Pool. Der Pool ist richtig schön groß, sehr gepflegt und mit einer passenden Temperatur.
Nur eines ist nicht so perfekt. Die Matratzen der Betten sind schon ziemlich hart und ausgelegen. Dafür ist an jedem Fenster ein Fenstergitter gegen Mücken und Fliegen.
Wir buchen nie zweimal das selbe Haus, aber bei diesem hier würden wir eine Ausnahme machen.

Nous avons trouvé la villa tout à fait conforme à sa description. Pour notre seconde location avec la même agence, nous sommes très satisfait du service. Un plaisir !
La villa est remarquablement située, à 20 minutes à pied d'une très belle plage de sable (sable, falaise, vue magnifique, page familiale et pas trop fréquentée). Elle est aussi très proche des falaises, qu'il est possible de parcourir à pied (ou en vtt) depuis la villa (très belle vue, nombreuses balades possible). Ferragudo et Carvoeiro, villages typiques, sont très proches.
La villa est parfaitement équipée. Elle est très bien entretenue (ménage deux fois par semaine, entretien de la piscine et du jardin chaque semaine). La vue de la terrasse supérieure est magnifique (sur Portimao, la mer, l'arrière pays). Le coucher de soleil le soir de la terrasse supérieur est un enchantement.
Entourée par un jardin très bien entretenue, avec une grande piscine, la villa n'a pas de vis à vis, et le lotissement, de petite taille est calme, les villa sont espacées.
L'équipement des terrasses (tables , chaises longues, 2 barbecue,, éclairage le soir, ...) comme de la villa (électroménager, vaisselle très complète, ...), les 3 chambres avec les 3 salles de bain, le salon et la décoration soignée, sont à souligner.
Bref une location de très grande qualité, à conseiller sans hésitation, et pour un tarif très raisonnable. Une location idéale pour découvrir l'Algarve ou tout simplement passer des vacances au calme, ... et au soleil !
