Rudy nous avait adressé des explications très précises pour récupérer les clés et pour notre place de parking avec des photos c'était parfait.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel. La literie est bonne. La cuisine est bien équipée. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et tout le nécessaire était présent. Un panier de bienvenue était également là.
L'appartement est un peu sombre. Le canapé du salon est très inconfortable. Impossible d'y rester pour regarder un film. L'immeuble est un peu bruyant. Pas de parking adapté à un grand utilitaire.

No problem with accommodation, as expected, and writhing a beautiful old building in a quiet area on the outskirts of Albertville.
Nothing regarding the property itself. However, I did receive a message from the owner after booking to request a €39 euro “cleaning” fee upon checkout. If you don’t pay the fee you are expected to strip the beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors etc or risk being charged over €100 for “urgent call out cleaning fee”
This is not mentioned in the t&c’s when booking the property. Only informed via what’s app and poster in the property itself.
