The villa is secured 24/24 hours by a caretaker. For your comfort, an automatic generator and 2 blowers with their water reserve are installed to compensate for unpredictable power cuts which can be frequent in Senegal, from a few minutes to several hours. A cleaning lady will guarantee the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. The caretaker ensures your safety and maintains the swimming pool as well as the green areas. This is a nice house for a big group with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Nice and very spacious. It is not far from either Saly or Somone. It might be a little hot during hot season as there is no AC in the living room.

Très bien
C’était notre septième séjour à Saly. Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre. La piscine en particulier est assez grande pour pouvoir nager un peu, ce qui est rare. L’eau est régulièrement nettoyée par Moustapha, dont la présence est également un grand plus : gentil, discret, fiable, honnête et bon organisateur. La cuisinière (Nina) était très bien. Et le ménage fait tous les jours par Rama est un luxe apprécié ! L’environnement direct est plutôt moche, mais c’est comme ça presque partout à part dans les résidences. On est à dix minutes de Saly Center et ses commerces pour Sénégaulois. Les navettes pour l’aéroport étaient nickels. Le propriétaire est plutôt réactif et serviable. Moustapha le gardien est exceptionnel. Nous avons tous passé de supers vacances !

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passez un merveilleux séjour grâce en particulier à Mustapha le gardien et rama la cuisinière!
Mustapha a toujours été très réactif , à l’écoute de nos besoins et nous a trouvés pleins de belles choses à faire .
Rama nous a fait manger 2 soirs et c’était succulent !
La villa est très propre , la piscine est grande et il y’a tout le confort !
La literie est très bien également.
Bref le séjour était magique grâce à eux et le fait que la villa soit très bien situé ( Auchan a pied et le centre de sally en 5 Min en taxi ).
Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons certainement dans cette magnifique maison !

Séjour agréable à Saly
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la propriété de Régis. Merci à Moustapha de nous avoir accompagnés tout au long du séjour, même dans des situations complexes ( Moustapha a trouvé un médecin pour nos tests PCR, sans lui, nous aurions eu du mal à repartir en France), d'avoir répondu à nos demandes, d'avoir organisé nos sorties, ...
Mention très bien pour la cuisinière, nous avons goûté la cuisine sénégalaise tous les jours et chaque fois ce fut un régal. Quelques petits travaux de la propriété seraient à envisager ( il semblerait que ce soit prévu) pour que tout soit parfait.
La maison est bien tenue ( plusieurs heures de ménage tous les jours intérieur et extérieur).
La plage (10 minutes à pied) est superbe et très propre. Petit centre commercial à quelques minutes à pied, très pratique. Beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire sans véhicule ( loisirs, courses, ...)

Très belle propriété
Nous étions dans une très belle villa atypique et grande…la clim est indispensable dans les chambres mais la facture est assez conséquente à la fin du séjour!! Même si vous ne la mettez pas vous êtes obligé de la mettre!! Le gardien Moustapha était dans sa loge dans la résidence… il veillait au bon fonctionnement et avait le respect des convives!! Il était présent dans l’enceinte.. ça chacun l’apprécie ou pas…Une femme de ménage vient tous les jours et fait très bien le ménage! Nous n’étions pas spécialement dans Saly, nous avons pu visiter le lac rose, y faire du quad du dromadaire, aller à pikine, à Dakar, faire du safari à la réserve de Bandia et autres!! La piscine est propre et est très agréable ++++!! Nous vous recommandons la villa! La plage n’était pas de notre goût (propreté), celle du lac de la Somone était plus agréable et celle qu’il y a au lac rose est paradisiaque… Elle est assez cachée, nous avons pu la voir en y faisant du quad…merci à Regis pour sa réactivité…très bon propriétaire

Très grande maison, spacieuse et pouvant accueillir facilement une belle famille. Chambres bien distribuées et extérieures agréables. Tous les équipements nécessaires au séjour sont disponibles. Juste un petit bémol, nécessite un rafraîchissement mais c’est dans les plans du Proprietaire

Great pool but house needs some TLC
My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and 4 days. It was very pleasant initially as it was sunny and the pool was a lot of fun.The kitchen was well furnished and functional. We hired a cook for an extra but it was well worth it as she is professional, discreet and knows her way around this kitchen.
On the down side at night it was unbearable to seat in the living room as the heat and mosquitoes made it difficult to rest. There is no AC in the living room, so we had to purchase fans to keep the temperature down. We couldn't also be outside as there are a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs roaming around. We stayed during the rainy season so that might explain it. We also lost power for an entire afternoon before the guard decided to replace the battery on the generator.
Overall, it's a great location but it still needs to be renovated to include for example an AC in the living room and also treatment of mosquitoes and other insects. We almost paid the equivalent of one night for the electric bill at the end of the stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Villa magnifique, repas excellents, et le top ;: Mous... Gentil, intentionné, toujours de bonne humeur, qui vous organise des expéditions inoubliables. Tout le monde a été enchanté de découvrir le Sénégal grâce à lui, car on s'est senti en total sécurité. Merci Mous pour ce séjour magnifique. A bientôt, j"espère.

Superbe séjour dans cette belle propriété ou nous avons ete accueillit par Moustapha . Tjrs disponible pour faire au maximum que tout ce passe pour le mieux . La gentille Fatou nous a concocté de superbes plats un regal et Inda qui faisait le maximum pour que cette maison reste propre . Je n'ai qu'un mot a dire toutes ces personnes nous ont touchées et ce fut avec plaisir qu'ont les a conviés a ce joindre a nous pour partager certains repas avec nous ce fut nos rayons de soleil pour notre sejour . Das Haus hat eine Gute Lage, , man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen und Supermarkt. Schöne Aufteilung im Haus. Klasse Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hausmeister Mustapha und Köchin Fatou und Reinigungskraft Marie waren super sehr fleißig und sehr liebe Menschen. alles in einem ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cette magnifique villa ou rien ne manque et ou le personnel est toujours aussi agréable et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.
Un grand merci à Mous et Marietou ,toujours soucieux de notre bien être; ils ont su par leurs nombreuses qualités, participer à rendre ce séjour encore une fois, inoubliable.
Mustapha se charge d'organiser au mieux toutes vos excursions et sorties . La villa est très propre et très bien entretenue par Marietou.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, dommage que la dernière sortie proposée par Mous soit le départ pour l'aéroport ! !!! la seule dont ont se serait bien passée.
Nous tenons également à remercier Régis pour tout, et pour avoir su garder le secret de notre arrivée auprès de Mous. Encore plein d émotion à l'arrivée!!!
Si vous chercher un coin de paradis au Sénégal, n'hésitez pas, allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Superbe maison
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Régis, Mustapha le gardien est discret et très serviable, Mariam sa sœur et femme de ménage est également très gentille et discrète.
La maison de Régis est très bien aménagée, elle est spacieuse et a tout le confort nécessaire seul petit hic la pompe à chaleur de la piscine qui ne marche plus.
Sinon vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas.

Magnifique Villa - Séjour Inoubliable - Seulement 400 m des plus belles Plages
Nous sommes partis 15 jours en Octobre avec mon épouse et nos 2 enfants. Dès notre arrivée, Mustapha notre gardien nous attendait avec son grand sourire. Et hop, c'est parti, car un véhicule nous attendait à l'Aéroport. Une fois arrivés à la Villa, notre surprise fut immense, tellement la Villa est magnifique, spacieuse, bien équipée, des chambres immenses climatisées, un salon et une cuisine immense, une piscine Tip Top à 30° plein Sud !!!! Mustapha et sa sœur étaient à nos petits soins tous les jours, avec un ménage fait à la perfection, une piscine toujours propre, des transats et une terrasse de folie pour bronzer et passer d'agréables moment en famille. Très gros plus, la Villa est entièrement sécurisée et clôturée par des murs en béton paysagés de 2 m avec un grand portail sachant que Mustapha et sa sœur vivent dans l'enceinte de la Villa dans une annexe non communicante et savent être très discrets et parfaitement respecter notre intimité. Tous les jours Mustapha nous amenait notre barbecue qu'il prenait soin de nettoyer avec tous les matins un petit bonjour et un petit mot sympa "vous avez bien dormi". Pour info, le ménage journalier est fait à la perfection. Nous avons aussi eu une super Fatou pour nous faire 2 soirées avec repas à thème sénégalais : ce fut un régal ( Prestation de la cuisinière : 5 euros en moyenne et elle va faire vos courses selon le budget que vous souhaitez mettre ). La plage, avec ses restaurants, est magnifique, et n'est qu'à 400m à pied. Idem pour les commerces, on a tout fait à pied avec un Supermarché Auchan à 5 mn aussi à pied pour faire toutes vos courses !!! Le taxi est vraiment pas chers ( 2 à 3 euros ) et nous pouvions aller en 5mn dans le Centre de Saly en toute sécurité car les sénégalais sont supers gentils et en aucun cas agressifs. Que du bonheur avec Mustapha qui a aussi géré toutes nos excursions de A à Z avec toujours les meilleurs prix et des supers conseils. 15 jours de rêve et on repart tout à l'heure et croyez moi, vous repartirez en pleurant et en ayant envie de revenir dans cette superbe Villa !!! Ah oui, ici le soleil est non stop et il fait le matin 25°à 28°, l'après midi 35 à 40° et le soir 25° à 28°. Merci au propriétaire Régis qui est super sympa et de très bons conseils. Allez y les yeux fermés car cette Villa c'est un petit paradis au pays du Soleil avec des sénégalais super humains et d'une grande gentillesse. Philippe et Graziella ( propriétaires de campings )

TRES JOLIE MAISON AVEC TOUT LE CONFORT ET DU PERSONNEL COMPETENT
Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 semaines dans cette villa avec grand plaisir. Le personnel est particulièrement compétent. Moustapha le gardien est toujours là pour vous aider. Mam la cuisinière concocte des petits plats absolument divin et à toujours le sourire. Mariam qui entretien la maison est discrète et efficace. Une belle et grande plage de sable est très proche ainsi que le supermarché Auchan pour faire les courses. Nous espèrons revenir bientôt

Villa de rêve très bien entretenu extérieure et intérieure, Myriam est une femme de ménage très discrète (bonne couturière et coiffeuse à ces heures perdues).
Moustapha vient vous chercher à l'aéroport, il vous organise vos excursions en fonction de vos envies et toujours avec un véhicule en très bon état et climatisé. Il est vraiment au petit soins et de très bon conseil, il est toujours disponible pour nous, merci Mous...
Mam est une très bonne cuisinière et maintenant elle peut vous faire des galettes des rois...
Régis a trouvé là une très bonne équipe. A deux pas de la clinique et du supermarché.

We stayed 3 adults and five children for one week. The house, garden and pool is spacious, nice, clean and well maintained (cleaned every day). The location is good, with a good beach just a few hundred meters from the house (private and public), in a calm area (to go into Saly a transport is necessary). The staff were very kind and accommodating, helping us ensure a really nice stay, including organising activities. The maid cooked for us most days, really good traditional senegalese food, at a very reasonable price. All in all, we can highly recommend the house for a really nice stay in Senegal.
