Located in Avoriaz, this charming condo for $59 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. nice studio in the center of the village, in front of the village of Annie Famose children (ski school, daycare), exit ski residence, mountain views, 5 minutes from a superb aquatic center, all shops Nearby, equipped with Dishwasher, tv, dvd player, vacuum cleaner, baby bed, changing mat, bottle warmer, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, fondue and raclette, baby booster, bunk bed 90, and a sofa bed two people 140, two duvets one person, a duvet two people, 4 pillows, a blanket, wardrobe, wardrobe and storage, not overlooked, open view of the mountain, very bright. possibility of renting linen on the spot at the house of avoriaz (during opening hours).

Très bon séjour
L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, situé juste à côté de l'ascenseur donc pratique avec les skis, tous les équipements de base sont bien fournis (sauf le linge) et l'immeuble snow est près de toutes les commodités (remontées, sherpa, pharmacie, resto et bar, etc).

Perfect, Cozy Apartment
Me and my partner stayed in this Accomodation in Jan '17. The apartment was exactly as described by the Owner, much to our delight. It is on the 9th floor which gives you a nice view in the morning, looking down onto one of the many slopes in Avoriaz.
This particular accomodation is situated in the Residence du Snow apartment block. This was very convenient for us as it is very much at the focal point of Avoriaz. From the main door of residence du snow, the closest shop , 'sherpa', is less than a 30 second walk. Either side of sherpa there is a bar and just around the corner you will find many different restaurants.
This apartment is by all means a ski in, ski out apartment as you are on the edge of a slope which leads down to 'The Tour' ski lift, which will then bring you to the top of Avoriaz village.
As for the Accommodation itself, we found it quite cold on the first night. However, we found it extremely cold that night outside compared to the rest and there was also a very strong wind. We were comfortable the rest of the stay.
The apartment had everything the two of us needed and expected and I think it would be good enough for four people also.
I also have to praise the Owner Emmanuel who was very imformative and quick to reply to any queries I had before arriving and during my stay. Thank you Emmanuel!
Do not hesitate to visit this apartment, especially on a ski holiday!

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, bien équipé (électroménager, produits d'entretien...) vue sur la montagne au calme, lumineux. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation avec le couloir qui serait perfectible (probleme récurrent à Avoriaz). Propriétaire très sympa. Je conseille ce logement et pense y retourner.

Appartement simple et efficace!
L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, très bien équipé et parfaitement en adéquation avec le descriptif. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire le ménage de sortie. Bien isolé de l'extérieur (fenêtres très récentes) et donne sur la montagne donc pas de bruit de ce côté là. Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation vis à vis du couloir (problème global des résidences d'Avoriaz) mais pas vraiment gênant à cette période. Je recommande ce logement et pense y retourner.

bon séjour en famille en été
L'appartement est superbe, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Il est très lumineux.
Nous étions avec un bébé de 9 mois et nous n'avons rien eu à apporter, il y avait un lit parapluie, le matelas à langer, le chauffe biberon et un réhausseur en bon état d'utilisation.
L'immeuble est bien sécurisé et l'appartement est propre et bien aménagé.
On a passé un super séjour.
