Situated in Avoriaz, this attractive condo for $65 per night is a great choice for your next break. Large studio with mezzanine, 4-5 beds, 6 possible), west exposure, resort center (building ALPAGE 1). It has direct access to the slopes. Ski rental shops and stores are nearby. The view due West is magnificent from the apartment and its balcony. You will enjoy superb sunsets !!!! Comfortable apartment of 28 m2 (plus mezzanine 4 m2), on the 12th floor of the Alpage 1 residence in the center of the resort. The mezzanine allows double sleeping with a 140 cm wide bed. The living room is equipped with a large sofa bed 140 x 190 for 2 people + 1 sofa bed for a single bed in 80 cm and a bed below in 70 cm wide. The apartment thus totals 2 double beds and 2 single beds, making a total of 6 beds possible. It is nevertheless offered in 4-5 beds to make the most of the space. The living room was completely renovated in 2016 with the creation of the mezzanine and has all the necessary comfort for a week of vacation: Kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hotplates + microwave grill + dishwasher + fridge + custom storage. Living area: HD television and Wi-Fi (unlimited internet). The rental can optionally include bed linen and towels for the number of people staying in the accommodation. I work with a concierge on site. Its representative will give you the keys when you arrive and provide you with a technical service during the stay in case of problems. He also speaks English. He will give you duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, etc., if you have chosen these additional services. - Possibility to rent ski equipment in the entrance hall of the residence at Skimium Avoriaz with a 30% discount on the public price.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, very well located. The block as a whole is a dated and the apartment a bit tired, however a perfect place to base our stay from. Had intended to go with two older children making the party 5 however it would would not have been big enough for that. Host was attentive and the check in process straightforward despite being exhausted from a 12 hour drive.

Famille 2 adultes et 3 enfants (13, 11, 6 ans), l'appart est fonctionnel et bien situé. Difficile néanmoins de cuisiner avec les 2 petites plaques, mais on s'adapte...La vue est incroyable, on ne se lasse pas des levés et des couchés de soleil et de la vue sur la station décorées avec les lumières de Noel.

Nous avons passé un super week end dans ce sympathique appartement. Il est très bien situé dans les hauteurs de la station à côté du centre et avec une vue magnifique. Également très proche des pistes. La communication avec l’hôte était très fluide qui était très gentil. Encore merci pour ce super logement très propre

Superbe appartement bien agencer très pratique .Juste pour 6 adultes ont ce marcherais dessus mais pour un couple avec 3 enfants c'est l'idéal . Une vu de l'extérieur tous simplement magnifique ,pour nous cela étais une première expérience de loué un appartement chose que ont refera si l'occasion ce présente mais cela sera une location plus longue que 7 jours séjour trop court .

Great location for ski in ski out, we ski all day and it’s just a public pass away from the high street for restaurants for the evening. the kids loved the loft area. Fantastic ski hire within the building.

Stayed in this apartment over the new year period with my family of 4. Kids aged 7 and 11. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us due mainly to the excellent utilisation of space by the owners. The little mez floor is ideal for the kids and the amount of storage space is so decieving, at first glance it looks to be not enough, but we were still finding places on the last day. Plenty of shelves and cupboards etc. Kitchen is what you expect, smallish but fully equipped. Then there is the view which is unobstructed straight across the learning area and beyond. Its on the 12th floor but, 'no height, no view' We had the most enjoyable time and wouldnt hesitate to book the apartment again.

facilités d'arrivée et départ, autant pour le ski que pour les premiers et derniers jours dans la station. Situation idéale: calme, mais proche du centre par l'escalator. Bon équipement de l'apart. Peut être besoin d'un petit chauffant dans la salle de bain, ainsi que de modifier le rideau de douche dans la baignoire pour pouvoir accrocher le pommeau sans risquer d'arroser.

Nous avons passé un sejour à 2 tres agreable, rien à redire, sincèrement. L’accueil par la conciergerie s’est bien passé. Toutes les informations necessaires sont disponibles et communiquées. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et meme mieux, propre, suffisamment équipé, et la vue est magnifique. Sur les pistes, l’acces au domaine pour skier ainsi qu’aux commerces pour se ballader et sortir sont au bas de la residence. Sejour réussi !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement calme et confortable. Il est bien équipé et propose de nombreux rangements très commodes. De plus, il bénéficie d'une belle vue et l'accès aux pistes ou au centre du village sont des plus simples. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
