Great place to stay in Morzine / Avoriaz region

Location, views, car free. Good activities nearby. Everything available in one space.

Hotel is becoming tired. Prefer no use of single use plastics.

Attractive but compromised.

Most locations in the Alps are attractive and interesting and this was no exception

If you have never been to Avoriaz before, be prepared for the vehicle free location. Park on arrival and walk or over priced shuttle to accommodation.

Very disappointing stay, because there was an all inclusive offer after we booked and paid a lot!

The bar was very cool! Vintage design in an eighties building

Apparently the hotel made an all inclusive offer which we weren’t aware of. Only one restaurant was open and there was a buffet, which we don’t like at all for diner. It was crowded with loud families. There was only cheap wine. The elevator was always occupied. There was a pool/game centre next to the hotel where people were smoking and talking loud until after midnight. We had to keep the windows open, because there was no airco and this keptvys awake for hours. We had an electrical cutdown twice and it took about an hour to have this fixed. We paid almost 1000 Euro’s for the room for two nights, for which amount you may expect a lot more! We really regret we booked this hotel.

Fab hotel for a ski break!

Hotel was clean and facilities were good. Close to ski lift and shops. The staff were friendly - a special mention to the staff on duty at Les Enfants Terribles on Wednesday 29th March. We had dinner there and service was great!

Nothing negative to say per se. We booked the junior suite but lighting was too dark in the bathroom - so a mirror in the toilet would have been beneficial as it had better lighting!

Not good. Not the worst.

The design and the friendliness of staff

They gave us a great room but not clean or ready. We had to beg twice for toilet paper, then they said we should move to a better room which was obviously worse than the first one. All the rooms were extremely cold.

Fantastic support from the Manger, his wife and staff. Very friendly, attentive and we had a great meal for dinner and breakfast.

central , ski in / out , boutique , friendly staff , breakfast , hot tub sauna spa , comfortable beds , good coffee and teas in room , good restaurant , boot ski room

poor WiFi , TV operation and only 1 U.K. channel in room - WIFi ok in reception area , rooms are cosy .

Location, hotel facilities and staff were generally very good. Nice bar and outside terrace. Pleasant inside snug areas for relaxation.

There was an issue with the kitchen s whilst we were there meaning that we couldn't have the evening meals that were included in the stay. Whilst we did receive compensation, this was not sufficient to cover the cost of a replacement meal elsewhere. The communication was poor about the issue and it had a negative effect on our stay there.

quirky and cool

The hotel bar did not sell beer and the drinks prices were very high. The hot option at breakfast was quite poor; Sloppy scrambled eggs.

Dreamy Wintery Escape

The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, the staff accommodating and friendly and the location and amenities were just what I needed during my vacation. Highly recommended.

Very good

The hotel is the farthest from the parking lot. It's an easy walk without lugages but you will need to take the shuttle if you are loaded with skis or luggages.

Staff was very friendly. We liked the outdoor jacuzzi and the nice view of the mountains and ski slopes.
