Located in Paimpol, this charming house for $68 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NO CAR NEEDED YOU CAN DO ALL ON FOOT! Feast of Old Rigging from 24 to 27 July 2020 Longère in stones 4 * entirely renovated, in Paimpol, in the immediate vicinity of the trade and the marina, in peace. All comfort (insulation with ecological materials, aerothermal for underfloor heating ...), functional, modern decoration, enclosed garden not overlooked. It is close to shops, the marina, the swimming pool, the cinema ... A bakery is located at 50 m of the lodging, a supermarket and a grocer's shop 100% Breton products with 100 m: BREAD and RACING ON FOOT! A charging station for electric cars is also nearby. Do not hesitate to go to the marina on foot, where you will find bars, shops and restaurants very nice but also at the beach following a small trail at the end of the port! A big market is held every Tuesday morning in the center of Paimpol. Accueil chaleureux belle maison idéalement située entre la ville de et le port
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte spacieux très bien décoré rénové avec beaucoup de goûts. L'extérieur est très appréciable. Tous se fait à pied de la location.
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont aussi très réactifs lorsqu'il y a un souci.
Dans notre cas, un orage violent qui a obstrué la douche.

Splendide cote d'Armor
Cette jolie location est très bien située dans Paimpol. A 10mn à pieds du port par un joli sentier. Les commerces sont à proximité et tous ouverts même en cette saison. Le gite est très confortable et un très bon contact avec les propriétaires.
Nous recommandons cette location et les amateurs de randonnées ont du chemin à parcourir pour admirer les belles cotes du bord de mer.

Hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en onze vakantie, rustige woning met alles erop en eraan en toch dicht bij het centrum om een terrasje te doen en alle boodschappen , zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

La propriétaire est très accueillante et fort sympathique : far breton et cidre offerts à notre arrivée, beaucoup de documentations touristiques et de conseils pratiques fournis !

Super emplacement
La maison est très agréable, surtout avec le jardin. L’hôte est adorable et nous a prévu quelques présents à l’arrivée. Vous pourrez visiter Paimpol à pied, aller au marché, prendre un café, faire le GR, allez au port, à la plage ou se faire un resto.... La maison est vraiment bien équipée pour y être comme chez soi.

bel maison très bien rénovée. bonne literie et bons équipements. Le seul point à prendre en compte est la proximité avec une des rues les plus passantes de Paimpol. donc du bruit si on est à l'extérieur dans les heures de pointe.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre gîte et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté générale et tout les équipements mis à disposition. Nous avons profité du jardin et de la terrasse très bien équipée également. Merci pour le Far breton et la bouteille de cidre, c'était très bon. Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller votre gîte.

Hübsches Steinhaus in Paimpol
Wir haben zu viert eine angenehme Woche im hübschen Steinhaus mit nettem Gärtchen in Paimpol verbracht. Unsere Vermieterin Stéphanie erwartet uns mit einem leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen(Far Breton) und einer Flasche Cidre. Sie hat uns auch gleich viele Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Dem Motto „ Vergessen Sie Ihr Auto“ kann man nur zustimmen. In der quirligen kleinen Stadt Paimpol kann man vom Haus Ty Fany aus wirklich fast alles zu Fuß unternehmen. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage
Ferienhaus und kleiner Garten sind hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei Regenwetter ist es im Haus gemütlich, bei schönem Wetter kann man den Garten genießen. Einzig der Verkehr am nahen Kreisel ist tagsüber immer präsent, abends aber nicht mehr störend. Innenstadt, Hafen und Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist sehr gut und nett. Wir haben die zwei Wochen genossen.

Tout simplement parfait
Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux à Paimpol dans cette location où rien ne manque. Une décoration moderne, une literie excellente, des ustensiles de cuisine variés et en quantité suffisante et une grande propreté. Un très bon accueil nous a été réservé. La région regorge de choses à faire et la location est près du centre et pour ne rien gâcher le soleil fut de la partie pendant tout notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Douceur et hospitalité bretonnes.
Accueil chaleureux et amical, du cidre et un excellent far maison. Explications du fonctionnement simples, claires et précises. Le gîte est simplement magnifique: calme, bien agencé, proche de toutes les commodités, moins de 5mn (marché, super marché , centre ville etc...) .

Ty Fany has been superbly restored and modernised.
Ty Fany is extremely well presented and my wife and I were really pleased with our choice of accommodation in Paimpol. The property has 3 beds all of a similar size and 2 bathrooms, suitable for a family or friends sharing. My wife cooked a lot of food during our stay and I think that every possible utensil is available in the kitchen, as with the rest of the property everything is catered for. Space to park one car off road.
Paimpol itself is a great place to visit and we were more than happy with our choice of location. The supermarket is 2 minutes walk with plenty of choice, fresh fish etc. The bakery is again 2 minutes just around the corner (closed on Wednesday). My wife enjoyed the local market, buying fresh vegetables, spices etc, well worth a stroll. We only ate out twice for an anniversary meal and La Cabane Sur Les Quais Paimpol is definitely recommended, very pleased with the food and service.
Paimpol is great for walking and a car is needed if you want to visit the attractions outside of Paimpol and there are many, La Roche Jagu is worth the 5€ entry fee. Ile de Brehat is a must visit and a lot of walking needed (good shoes required). We visited the museum in Paimpol most of the text is in French but interesting even if you are not fluent in French. Stephanie and Thierry are fantastic hosts and the communication for everything was just what is needed when you want a relaxing holiday.

The perfect getaway
A warm welcome (thanks for the treats Stephanie) followed by a wonderful week. Paimpol is delightful with an array of shops and restaurants. A bustling market day on Tuesday saw the streets of Paimpol really come alive. Gite Ty Fany proved to be the ideal base, close to the action (it only took 3-5 mins on foot) to reach shops and restaurants.
The property is so beautifully designed and decorated. Practically equipped with all you need in a home from home. The lovely large dining table was ideal for games as well as family meals.
As for the bed - I miss it already! I have a sleep tracker on my watch and without fail my sleep quality was over 80% (at home it's more like 60% or less!!)
We really enjoyed our week - thank you for providing a lovely place to stay in Paimpol.

On our arrival Stephanie had baked us a desert and gave us a bottle of cider which was very welcome.The outside space is well kept and has plenty of space to eat and do a spot of sunbathing. We'll positioned to walk Into Paimpol which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Very picturesque. Well placed to visit other pretty areas. We would stay here again if we ever re-visited this area. very good gite. positive - location excellent, clean new modern ( a bit minimal if your looking for cosy ) secure with electric window shutters. Separate shed for bikes locked on site , not overlooked by other so its private. good quality TV reception but sadly only in French. well equipped kitchen.
