Recent house at the end of the alley and opening onto a pleasant garden not overlooked
It is made up on the ground floor:
-a very bright living room;
- an equipped kitchen in which you can take meals;
- a bedroom with a wardrobe and a trundle bed
(2 x90x190) adjoining a walk-in shower with window
- independent WC.
Upstairs:
-a bedroom with a closet and a 140 bed;
-a bedroom with closet, a bed on drawers 70x190 and a cot,
- a bathroom
- independent WC.
In the basement a storage room.

Nadine and Thierry were wonderful hosts and staying at their property was a terrific “living like a local” experience. The tiny town of Courdimanche is so cool - a great combo of old world and modern times. The house itself is just adjacent to the old town (including a boulangerie), but the house itself is relatively new. And I have to mention the gardens - apparently in French they call it “main vert” (green hand) vs green thumbs in English - but they certainly have it - what an oasis of flowers and vines and bushes and berries and trees! I was there during some very hot days (33 celcius) and despite no A/C the house stayed relatively cool (needed to close the blinds and windows during the day and open them up at night). We had a car which I would say is extremely helpful for this location, but the drive to a parking lot and the RER A is dead easy and super comfortable - our trips into the city were terrific! All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others and return myself.

A spacious, clean house, also nice and cool. The kitchen is fully equipped. Perfect base for trips in the area, the Normandy coast and of course Paris. Courdimanche is a very quiet village, and, inportant in France, wíth a bakery. We have had a very nice holiday!

What a lovely cottage! Quiet and peaceful, but so convenient to Paris, Giverny, Normandy, everything! Easy train ride to Paris, but we loved exploring the tiny village of Courdimanche and sitting and enjoying the back garden. Comfortable and plenty of space!

Maison récente en retrait de la rue à l'entrée d'un village très calme.
La maison est superbement entretenue et ultra-propre. Elle est complètement équipée et à l'arrière il y a un jardin avec fruits, fleurs et oiseaux.
Les hôtes et personnes d'accueil sont charmants.
S'asseoir dans le jardin pour regarder la verdure et écouter les oiseaux est un bonheur pour les yeux et l'esprit.
Les **** pour l'emplacement sont dues au fait que ce n'était pas mon emplacement ideal, mais cela ne m'a pas empêchée d'apprécier la maison.
