His(Her,Its) very beautiful view on the sea and the gulf of Saint Tropez, its comfort level, its privileged position, its soft and Provençal atmosphere and the tranquillity any goshawk. The villa is at the top on the hill, in 1km of the sea. You can bathe in the attractive creeks of Issambres. All the businesses, the banks and the post office are in 2km, supermarkets in 5km The first sandy beach, attractive and shaded, is next to the businesses. Saint Tropez is reachable either by car (23km, or by boats-shuttles regular since the Port(Bearing) of Issambres: travel time 25 minutes. Site: www.bateauxverts.com The Golf of Roquebrune is in 10km. Haven of peace, he proposes you a natural route. Route(course) approved by the FFG in 18 holes. It is a classified Golf 5 stars in France. We can stop and visit the Citadel of St-Tropez and his(her) new museum on the peach(fishing) and the coastal navigation in the Mediterranean Sea and the museum of Annonciade next to the port(bearing) and to its impressive yachts. We loved this property for our 10 day stay in September. We were two families so the set up over several floors (essentially 2 separate flats) was ideal as we had privacy. We particularly liked the outside space….the pool is absolutely lovely,stunning views and a good size. Lots of outside seating area and plenty of sun loungers. There is a big dining table and decent outdoor kitchen by the pool plus another outdoor dining table (with even better views) on the top floor. It is difficult to convey how spacious the outdoor areas are! Inside is nice, fairly rustic but with everything you need. French old style. From the pool to the top flat is about 50 steps . It is a 30 minute walk to the beach or a ten minute drive. Host was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Tolles Haus in super Lage
Das Haus ist super und die Lage auch. Am besten hat uns der Pool gefallen. Die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr angenehm. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen.

Idéale pour un séjour en groupe
Nous avons séjourné en famille avec enfants et petits enfants, au total 10 personnes dont 2 enfants. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec une superbe vue et un aménagement des espaces très bien pensé. Nous y avons passé de superbes vacances . Une chose importante à savoir est que la maison est organisée sur 3 niveaux dont 2 appartements séparés qui ne communiquent entre eux que par l'extérieur. Maison très chaleureuse.

Très agréable maison
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, vue imprenable, très belle piscine, aménagement pratiques avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très beau séjour. Les escaliers sont un petit bémol pour des personnes moins mobiles, mais aucun souci pour nous.

Wie im Paradies
Die Lage, der Blick, der Pool hat uns von den Socken gehauen. Dir Fotos werden dem Haus nicht gerecht! Auf dem gesamten Grundstück sind überall liebevolle kleine Oasen gestaltet, die zum relaxen einladen - Hängematten, Liegestühle - hier kann man sich ohne Probleme auch in einer großen Gruppe mal zurück ziehen. Wir waren aufgrund der Corona Situation ausschließlich im Haus - sind lediglich zum Einkauf in den Supermarkt gefahren - und haben es einfach nur genossen - Eltern wie auch Kinder!

A fantastic house with an amazing view
We are 8 people who has just finished a fantastic stay in this true Provencal gem. The house is charming and lovely situated on a ground with an overwhelming view over the Saint Tropez bay. It has all the space you need for 8 people and is well equipped with kitchen utilities etc. In addition to this it has a surrounding area with lots of lovely plants and flowers and fine terraces and an amazing and spacious infinity pool. It is a special experience overlooking the Saint Tropez bay while swimming.
The house is situated on a steep plot so the whole complex has four levels which is extremely charming. However, it can also be a challenge for people who have problems with walking.

Un séjour de rêve
Nous avons trouvé dans la villa tout ce qui contribue à faire d'un séjour une réussite. Que ce soit les espaces intérieurs, les terrasses, les coins où se poser pour lire, préparer un petit spectacle, rêver ou simplement dormir, la piscine, le jardin, l'équipement, enfin tout ce qui est nécessaire aux grandes tribus , tout est confortable, spacieux, avec ce charme qui définit les maisons de famille et qui fait la différence.
Nous avons profité pleinement de la vue splendide dont on ne se lasse pas, de la grande piscine à débordement toujours impeccable et du grand calme des collines.
Nous avons été accueillis par Patricia qui a pris le temps de tout expliquer et a été disponible pendant tout le séjour.
Merci Dominique pour votre gentillesse, vos petites attentions et votre souplesse par rapport aux dates.
Notre tribu ( qui va d'ailleurs s'agrandir en janvier :-)) vous remercie de tout cœur et espère revenir très vite ;-).

Superbe!!!
Vaste maison de rêve avec toutes les commodités, ainsi qu'une grande et magnifique piscine, sur un terrain très en pente, donc avec beaucoup de marches d'escaliers, mais ce qui fait aussi le charme de cette villa et garantit une vue à couper le souffle. Grande terrasse couverte et nombreux coins cosy bien équipés pour passer de bons moments de convivialité. Au calme sur la hauteur et dans la verdure, sans être éloignée des grands axes et des commerces. A 10 minutes de la mer en voiture. A vivre absolument...

location conforme à nos attentes
Nous avions loué cette maison pour des vacances en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants, et nous avons été enchanté. Nous avons pu nous reposer, car l'endroit est très calme, et profiter de la belle piscine. Rien ne manque.
Petit moins : les escaliers pour accéder à la piscine, mais comme nous avions des enfants en bas age, cela a permis de mettre une sécurité supplémentaire.

AMAZING !!! SUPERBE!!!
Un magnifique séjour dans une très belle villa , spacieuse , enveloppée de nature et de silence, ouverte sur la mer et les collines, en position dominante à 3 minutes en voiture des criques et des commerces ... L'équipement est complet , la propreté bien tenue aussi bien intérieure qu' extérieure , la décoration soignée...Les vues sur mer depuis la piscine à débordement ou des terrasses sont sublimes et reposantes...L'espace piscine bénéficie également d'un équipement complet pour se restaurer (frigo , vaisselle , lave vaisselle, lavabo...) . Nous tenons à remercier la Propriétaire ainsi que le Gérant pour le contact et l'accueil chaleureux reçus , ainsi que les petites attentions très appréciées.
Les visites alentours sont nombreuses et l'environnement très agréable.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

C'est une maison réellement très agréable proposant une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Tropez. Elle dispose de beaucoup d'espace et d'une pléthore d'équipements ce qui fait que 10 personnes peuvent y vivre sans soucis :) On soulignera le pool house entièrement refait avec frigo, LV, évier, vaisselier... La personne responsable de la conciergerie est très pro: disponibilité, réactivité (et toujours avec le sourire). Pisciniste et jardiner passent régulièrement pour vaquer à leurs tâches.
L'endroit est très calme et l'intimité bien préservée surtout au niveau de la terrasse de la grande piscine à débordement. Nous conclurons ce commentaire en insistant énormément sur la qualité des contacts que nous avons eu avec la propriétaire des lieux. C'est une dame vraiment charmante et très proactive. Elle est, par ailleurs, toujours à l'écoute de suggestions qui pourraient lui permettre d'encore améliorer l'accueil déjà offert par la villa. Septembre est un mois fortement appreciable pour passer un séjour dans la région, peu de monde et climat encore très agréable.
La maison est absolument magnifique, spacieuse, fournie de toutes les comodités; une machine Nespresso grand luxe est même disponible dans une cuisine parfaitement agencée.
Fortement conseillé, rapport qualité - prix sans doute très avantageuse, surtout pour les familles nombreuses.

Description précise, je dirais même que la Villa est encore plus accueillante en vrais, et tous les détails sont bien soignés.

Une maison agréable à vivre.
Située sur les hauteurs des Issambres cette maison nous a permis de nous écarter de la foule tout en ayant une vue magnifique sur le golf de St. Tropez. La maison est confortable et facile à vivre. La piscine est pour nous idéalement située en contre-bas de la maison afin d'éviter tout accident aux enfants qui ne pouvaient si rendre qu'accompagnés. Pour la maison et sa situation nous avons estimé le prix raisonnable.

Très belles prestations. Vue sublime. Calme, parfait pour se ressourcer au sein d'un paysage méditerranéen de rêve. Promenades à pieds au départ de la maison sur les collines. De la place pour venir entre amis.
