The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, the private terrace is exclusively attached to the apartment. Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit kompletter und sinnvoller Ausstattung im Wohn-,Schlaf- und Küchenbereich, Sauberkeit vom Feinsten, herrliche Terrasse umrahmt von Zitrus- und Orangenbäumchen, Morgensonne auf dem Frühstückstisch, Abendsonne zum Tagesabschluss. Angenehm : Dusche und WC getrennt, überdachter Parkplatz für Pkw.
Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern überaus angenehm, vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur Betreuung bei persönlichen Wünschen, einfach top! Appartement insgesamt eine Top-Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Ezio and Michele's apartment. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes and the islands. We appreciated the quietness of the location, far away from the crowded sea shore. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all conveniences supplied. Ezio and Michele were very warm and welcoming. You do need a car to benefit from the location as it is not near public transport. Ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation.

nicht im Zentrum, mit Ausblick auf den Ort und das Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nur die Verständigung war schwierig. Nur französisch, kaum englisch. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das

Super découverte. Mai 2019.
Avant de réserver cette location, vous allez sûrement lire toutes les appréciations laissées par vos prédécesseurs. Sachez que tout est vrai et qu'il est bien difficile de dire plus. Lorsque de la terrasse de votre gîte, qui est un véritable promontoire, vous découvrirez la vue et le panorama devant vous, vous vous sentirez alors privilégiés. Devant vous, toute la baie de Mandelieu La Napoule ainsi que la baie de Cannes où vient parfois s'ancrer un paquebot croisiériste.
Auparavant Michèle et Ezio vous auront accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et vous mettront immédiatement à l'aise, tout en préservant votre intimité. Nous sommes heureux de les avoir connus et, à n'en pas douter, nous nous reverrons avec beaucoup de joie. Il faut saluer le travail qu'ils ont accompli pour valoriser un site exigeant de courage. Le gîte en lui-même dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités et vous vous sentirez rapidement chez vous. Idéalement placé, très au calme, vous serez cependant proches des commodités de la ville et des axes routiers essentiels pour sillonner la Côte méditerranéenne d'est en ouest. nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au calme et sous la douceur de Mandelieu chez Michele et Ezio des propriétaires discrets et charmants. tout est fidèles a l'annonce la vue (un pur bonheur ) et le reste est tout simplement très très bien. A conseiller sans problème rien ne manque , il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances comme a la maison .

PARFAIT !
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances exceptionnelles, avec nos 2 enfants dans cette superbe location. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, tout est fonctionnel, rien n'y manque ! Nous avons une vue superbe depuis la terrasse, aussi beau de jour comme de nuit. C'est un endroit vraiment calme et apaisant.
En ce qui concerne les propriétaires, Michèle et Ezio sont des personnes très chaleureuses, d'une incroyable gentillesse ! Ils sont toujours à notre écoute, et nous donnent de très bons conseils sur les activités/visites que nous pouvons faire là bas.
Nous pouvons dire que nous nous sommes fait de nouveaux et agréables amis, très proches de nos enfants aussi ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec eux, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Tout a déjà été dit! Oui, la propriété est magnifique avec ses terrasses et sa vue exceptionnelle, encore mieux que sur les photos, oui le limoncello maison est une merveille, oui la maison est très propre. Et d'ajouter qu'elle est pratique, tout a été pensé (les moustiquaires aux fenêtres, le store électrique sur la terrasse, les volets électriques, l'éclairage, et jusqu'au miroir pour quitter la place de parking en toute sécurité...). Et oui, et surtout, les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles, tout en respectant notre autonomie. En partant, nous avions l'impression de dire au revoir à de vieux amis. A recommander sans hésitation. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous savons déjà où nous logerons.

De beaux souvenirs de famille
Nous avons passé 5 jours de vacances très agréable. Le logement est fidèle à la description et aux photos, pour une petite famille comme nous avec un enfant de 3 ans c'est parfait!!ensuite l'accueil de Michelle et ezio a été parfait, ils nous ont laissé notre autonomies tout en étant dispo si besoin. De plus ne connaissant pas du tout la région ils nous ont bien aiguillé sur les choses à faire et sachant que nous ne restions pas longtemps leurs conseils ont été précieux afin d'optimiser au maximum notre temps.

Le portail de la propriété s'ouvre et là...ouhaaa vous en prenez plein la vue. C'est magnifique. Mieux encore que les photos sur le site. L' accueil de Michelle et Ezio vous met immédiatement à l'aise. On se croirait avec de la famille qu'on a pas vu depuis longtemps. Le vin de citron élaboré par Michelle est une merveille. Nous avons apprécié la location. La pièce de vie est assez grande et confortable et très propre. Le jardin est bien fleuri. La maison faite des mains d'Ezio est superbe. Ce séjour a passé beaucoup trop vite , nous y reviendrons très certainement, même si nous ne sommes que de passage. Nous nous sommes fait de nouveaux et adorables amis.

Super séjour ! Propriétaires exceptionnels!
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la location de Michèle et Ezio. Les propriétaires sont formidables, d'un accueil et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le logement est très fonctionnel et vraiment très agréable. Nous y étions la semaine de Pâques et notre petit garçon a même eu droit à une poule en chocolat ! Nous avons pu prolonger notre séjour tellement nous nous y sentions bien. N'hésitez pas à contacter la propriétaire avant de réserver, elle vous donnera de précieux conseils. Merveilleuses Vacances
L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et décoré avec gout. La grande terrasse est super agréable avec une vision exceptionnelle de Cannes à Théoule en passant par les iles de Lérins. Epoustouflant.
Enfin les différents commentaires sur Michèle et Ezyo les propriétaires ne sont pas usurpés. Ce sont des personnes géniales. Merci à eux pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Als Kleinfamilie mit einem Baby hatten wir mit dieser Wohnung die perfkte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und bestens augestattet. Falls man doch etwas zusätzlich benötigt, sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und auf unaufdringliche Weise immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Ein sehr liebes Paar, bei dem man sich schnell heimisch fühlt, auch wenn die Kommunikation ohne Französisch-Kenntnisse oft etwas knapper ausfällt, als gewünscht. Das Baby konnte auf der großen Terrasse prima krabbeln und freute sich über ein kleines Planschbecken und vorhandene Spielsachen.
Die Lage war für uns prima. Städte, Strände und schöne Wanderwege sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen und ermöglichen einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.

Une semaine merveilleuse de vacances dans un petit coin de paradis. Très bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer, vraiment conforme au descriptif et aux photos. We were very happy in this beautyful appartment! We enjoyed especially the spacy living room, the nice view from the kitchen while cooking, the big terrasse with phantastic view and the sky above, sun from early morning till evening, the well-equipped kitchen and the friendly atmosphere in the appartment. The appartment is surrounded from a beautyful garden, parking in the shadow is possible directly in front of the house.
The cordial contact to the very friendly owners of the appartment completed our two weeks in paradise.

We were absolutely satisfied with our appartment!The owner of the appartment are very friendly and nice people, helpfull and warm-hearted. The view from the balcony of the appartment is really phantastique, especially at night, when you are looking all over the bay of Cannes with thousands of lights and all the illuminated ships...The appartment is perfectly equipped and has a very nice and modern interieur. Cette location tient toutes ses promesses. Nous venons d'y séjourner avec notre petite fille de 2 ans et avons passé de superbes vacances. Tout le nécessaire y est disponible - y compris pour de jeunes enfants - et l'équipement est fonctionnel et récent. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, chaleureux et très attentionnés (notre fille a même reçu une poule et des oeufs en chocolat pour Pâques). La location est très bien située, spacieuse, avec une vue sur mer dont on ne se lasse pas. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus. Adresse à conserver précieusement et à recommander vivement.

La propriété, au coeur des mimosas sur les hauteurs de Mandelieu, se trouve dans un quartier calme & résidentiel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants & fort sympathiques. Le logement, situé à l'étage inférieur de celui des propriétaires, est fonctionnel & bien agencé. La vue magnifique depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine aide à la préparation des repas. Confortablement installés sur la terrasse, on ne se lasse pas du panorama. L'accès à l'autoroute, aux commerces & aux plages est très aisé.
