The house is lovely and well maintained. It's been relatively recently redone by the owner who lives also on the site. All modern facilities provided although another toilet downstairs would probably also be helpful as there is only one toilet ( second toilet is in the main bedroom ).
The outside seating facilities are looking tired and need to be replaced. Eg all seating covers and sun shades. However the sundeck and pool area are lovely, well positioned and have a fabulous view.
The garden space is impossible to use. It's like a jungle and on a huge slope.
We had intended to use it for our dogs who came with us but definitely no grass space that can be used. The pictures online imply that it's accessible and the lower floors are not really connected to the apartment and used by the owners son.
We had a lovely holiday but it was a little spoilt by our checkout experience
We had to pay a £750 deposit on the day of arrival which was done. We cleaned the house before leaving and walked around with the owner who said it all looked perfect but then refused to send back the deposit until their cleaner had been in. That wasn't mentioned at all and it was only when we asked where the deposit was that this was advised. The deposit has since been returned by 6 days after we left.

Beautiful views and lovely clean villa.
The owners were very welcoming and Cecile (agent) very helpful. The area is very opulent with some lovely restaurants a short car ride away.
The villa is immaculately decorated with beautiful ornaments and art, so it was a little scary with 2 french bulldogs running around. This is obviously our problem not the villas.

The location was very good - close to the beach (although up a very steep hill). The villa was really lovely, beautifully decorated with a good kitchen, TV and facilities, plunge pool, barbecue and outside eating space. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent which was just as well, as the weather was very hot
