About this villa rental
Located in Fleury, this lovely villa for $178 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Feet in the water facing the sea in a very quiet and very sought-after dead end (few cars compared to the seafront of Narbone Plage). You can swim on the beach in front of the house, or in the swimming pool in a garden well sheltered from view and from the wind at the back of the house. The swimming pool has an automatic salt water treatment (very soft low salt water), an electric cleaning robot and an electric security roller shutter (+ fence). You can also drink an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea. 2 steps from the port of Narbonne-plage, shops and the market of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (all year). The Clappe massif can be reached in a few minutes on foot for hikers and mountain bikers. Compulsory cleaning of 150 € to be paid on arrival at the agency. Deposit: 1500 € authorization by credit card (with the agency, not cashed except degradation according to the amount of repairs or replacement). 5 bedrooms: 1 ground floor bedroom with 1 large 160 x 200 bed with bay window overlooking the garden and swimming pool, 1 upstairs bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 190 bed (in the mezzanine) on the garden side, 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 140 x 190 (high sea view), 2 communicating bedrooms in the form of a suite upstairs, 1 with a 160 x 200 bed and the other with a 90 x 190 bed, this same bedroom is also used as an office and shower room, WC. 1 bathroom on the ground floor, 1 closed outdoor shower with hot water, 1 bathroom upstairs (suite), 1 separate toilet on the ground floor, 1 toilet upstairs (suite). Large kitchen lounge, covered outdoor terrace on the garden side, wooden terrace facing the sea, bicycle garage, barbecue oven in the garden sheltered from the wind. Large screen 4K SMART TV with Astra satellite antenna and SFR box (Take your personal Netflix, Canal+, Amazon, Disney codes...). WIFI with very high speed fiber. All seasons: summer and winter you will appreciate the new reversible air conditioning (2023), double glazing, and electric shutters. The house and the area are very pleasant during the winter, the view is magnificent. Enjoy a seafood platter facing the sea (available at l'écailler de st Pierre in season or at the shellfish and oyster port of le chichoulet all year round). The House was really clean and very well equiped.
Located at the beach, with nice view. The pool was just amazing, which we used daily. our contact with the agency cannot be better. We felt warmly welcome there. A lot of nice restaurants was just a view minutes away (by walking) and also the daily market is just a foot walk away.
What should we say, high five, thumbs up, and for sure...we want to come back very soon!

Enfin les vacances !
La récompense est au bout du trajet avec les bouchons. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'agence qui nous a fait découvrir la maison. Les espaces permettent de vivre chacun à son rythme.
Les équipements sont très complets, il ne nous a rien manqué.
Le top pour passer de bonnes vacances est bien évidemment l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la proximité de la mer.
Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette maison de vacances.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir wurden von Sylvie sehr nett begrüsst und erhielten eine gute Einführung in der Liegenschaft.
Trotz des sehr unterschiedlichen Wetters haben wir die tolle Einrichtung mit dem sauberen Pool genossen.
Das Haus (vor allem auch die Küche) ist sehr gut eingerichtet.
Mit Stéphane hatten wir per Mail einen tollen Ansprechpartner.
Wir konnten die 2 Wochen absolut geniessen.

Schönes, großes Haus mit Pool, fast direkt am Strand. Gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Küchenausstattung,...). Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das ist nicht so geschickt...

Très belle maison, conforme à l'annonce. Très pratique, magnifique piscine àl'abri du vent. A deux pas de la mer, endroit très calme, je conseille vivement ! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, le propriétaire est très accessible et l'agence également. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison ! De plus, tout est à portée... mer, supérette, animations nautiques et animations du soir, tout peut être fait sans prendre la voiture. Merci à Monsieur Menoire pour votre magnifique maison.

Erholung pur
Seit vielen Jahren fahren wir in die Gegend. So einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub, in einem rundum schönen Haus, haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (und vor allem mit Stéphane) war ausgezeichnet.
Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen genau der Ausstattung. Alles war klasse und tipptopp. Der Pool war picobello sauber. Unser erster Salzwasserpool.
Das Meer nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Traumhafte Lage. Markt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Zudem war das Wetter 1A.

Emplacement parfait, maison fonctionnelle
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Il ne manque rien, l'emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage est parfait. Les commerces sont à proximité. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu essayer la piscine faute de chaleur ;)

Haus mit schönem Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer
Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Platz ist ausreichend und das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Übergabe war völlig problemlos. Der private Pool ist klasse und von der Strasse gar nicht und von Nachbarn fast nicht einsehbar. Es war unser erster Salzwasserpool und das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Wasser ist nur leicht salzig, mit Meerwasser nicht zu vergleichen und dafür nicht gechlort. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür und der Strand war hier nie überlaufen. Das kleine Ortszentrum mit dem täglichen Markt und kleinen Supermärkten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Markt ist wirklich klasse und bietet in Markthallen auch Metzger, Fischstände, Bäcker, etc. An der Küste und im direkten Hinterland gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbiken.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons pu prendre la location à l'arrivée à partir de 13h et l'agence immobilière nous a très bien accueilli avec un cadeau de bienvenue... Ensuite la maison est propre, très bien située et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut ! St pierre la mer est une ville attractive pour les enfants et les adultes il y a des tas de choses à faire à proximité de la maison.. Sport, jet ski, paddle, fête foraine, marché matin et soir... Vraiment top comme séjour !!

belle villa très bien située au bord de la plage
Maison conforme aux photos. Très bien située à quelques pas de la la plage. La piscine est très jolie et à l'abri du vent. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à 2 familles (9 personnes) dans cette propriété. Excellente adresse. Seul bémol, il manque un WC séparé supplémentaire lorsque la chambre à l'étage est occupée. Mais il faut s'organiser et tout fonctionne !

La villa est juste en bordure du centre de Saint Pierre la mer et de la plage donc pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture
L’équipement de la villa est plus que satisfaisant et en bon état
La climatisation dans la pièce de vie et les chambres à l’étage permet d’avoir une température agréable même par fortes températures
Le plus est vraiment la terrasse et la belle piscine à l’arrière
De plus le gérant immobilier est très professionnel et réactif

Tolle Lage, schönes Ferienhaus, was will man mehr?
Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus und dem wunderbaren Garten mit Pool und Maulbeerbäumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das etwas ältere Gebäude ist gut gepflegt, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Platz im Haus wird optimal genutzt. Die offene Küche mit Essbereich sowie der sich anschließende Wohnbereich sind ausreichend groß, ebenso die Schlafräume. Die beiden Schlafzimmer für Kinder oder Jugendliche im Obergeschoss sind besonders liebevoll eingerichtet. Das einzige, vollwertige Bad bildet morgens und abends einen kleinen Engpass. Sehr praktisch ist die eingehauste Gartendusche neben der Haustüre, speziell nach dem Strandbesuch. Dass das Meer im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „vor der Haustür“ liegt, ist das größte Plus. Der beeindruckende, täglich stattfindende Markt mit vielen regionalen Produkten und nette Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit acht Personen (vier Kinder, vier Erwachsene) kann man in diesem Haus wunderbar Urlaub machen. Ob man für die Reinigung von Bettwäsche (Nasenbluten eines Fünfjährigen) zusätzlich zum Preis für das Wäschepaket (ohne Handtücher, die muss man mitbringen) 10 Euro verlangen muss, sei dahingestellt.

La maison est très bien située
La mer toute proche et surtout les commerces avec les halles et le marché tous les jours.
La piscine est bien à l´abri et les jours de vent ne nous ont pas empêchés d’en profiter pleinement
La maison offre toutes les commodités dont on a besoin.
Nous étions 10 et bien à l´aise sans avoir l’impression d’être à l'étroit.
Et surtout le voisinage est très calme.

Eine Woche Pfingsten - perfekt und alles richtig gemacht!
Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Erw./4.Kinder) in diesem schönen Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Strand und von der Frontterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick zum Meer. Der Pool und die hintere Terrasse sind nach unserer Meinung noch schöner als auf den Fotos gezeigt. Erholung und Urlaub pur.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und gepflegt. Nicht luxeriös aber das war auch nicht unser Ziel mit 4 Kindern ;-). Zweckdienlich, alles da und in einem ordentlich, gepflegten Zustand, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte.
Über die Strandpromenade kommt man in nur 5 Minuten ins Zentrum mit Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Die Preise waren zu unserer Reisezeit im Mai sehr moderat.
Zusammenfassend kann man diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und der Wunsch der Truppe, hier vielleicht gleich nächstes Jahr wieder hin zu gehen, unterstreicht das bestimmt.
Warum haben wir dann nicht 5 Sterne gegeben?
Das Haus soll bzw. kann von bis zu 11 Personen bewohnt werden. Das empfinden wir als sehr sportlich. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus eben nur über ein "richtiges" Bad mit einem Waschbecken und einer Dusche. Die Toilette im EG liegt separat daneben. Es gibt zwar noch eine Wellnessdusche in einem Einzelzimmer mit Waschbecken und 2. Toilette aber alles in einem Durchgangszimmer offen gestaltet und somit nicht wirklich nutzbar.
Wir haben uns aber mit der Situation arrangieren können und somit bleibt es wie genannt: ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus und einer tollen Region! Wiederholung sicher nicht ausgeschlossen :-)

Tolles Haus mit Pool direkt am Strand
Wir hatten echt Glück. ..eine Woche bevor die Saison losging ... pure Ruhe ... in der nähe ist der Markt ... und Baguette konnten wir morgens beim Nachbarn in der nähe holen ....
Super Agentur ... sehr umgänglich und unkompliziert. Die Dame spricht auch richtig gutes Englisch. Somit hat alles geklappt.
Die Betten sind i.o. nicht durchgelegen oder ähnliches. .. das einzige was wir uns mehr gewünscht hätten wäre die Sauberkeit gewesen... aber für französischen Standart ok.... manche Stellen im Haus würden scheinbar noch nie mit dem Lappen erreicht ..m der geschirrschrank für die Gläser ist an der Rückwand leicht moderig ... deshalb schmeckt der Wein/Wasser ect. aus den Gläsern etwas seltsam . Das Wasser in der Dusche im Bad unten läuft immer raus ... danach steht alles unter Wasser trotz aller Vorsicht ... die Dusche oben ist dagegen top... allerdings mitten in Schlafzimmer ...leider haben wir hier einige schimmelflwcken entdeckt ... liegt wohl daran dass es nicht möglich ist so viel zu lüften ...leider müffeln auch manche zudecken moderig. Am besten was eigenes zum zudecken mitbringen .... wir hattwn die bettwäsche anfangs noxhmal umgetauscht wegen seltsamer Flecken. .. ging aber problemlos.. eine Liege am Pool war morsch ... aber der Besitzer hat schon 2 neue ausgetauscht und ersetzt. Im schuppen gibt es auxh alles mögliche für den Strand bis hin zum Drachen .. die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. .. man sollte sich Zeit nehmen und alle Schubladen inspizieren..in großen und ganzen ein cooles Haus ... Platz für 10... insgesamt könnte man mehr aus dem Haus machen .. Rasen mähen .. drinnen mehr sauber machen und die Schimmelstellen bekämpfen ... wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl Gefühlt... die Agentur war als ansprechpartner immer für uns da ....
Zum Strand : super flach abfallend ... ein traum für alle Kinder und wasserplantscher

Habitant la montagne, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour du 7 au 14 octobre à St-Pierre la Mer. Le petit rosé offert, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la dame de l'agence, la mer si bleue, la plage presque pour nous seuls, la piscine, la cheminée extérieure pour les grillades, le marché tout proche, les excursions en famille aux alentours, voilà tous les ingrédients pour des vacances heureuses! Nous avons découvert une très belle région. Merci au propriétaire, merci à l'Agence!

Très bien située, bien équipée, mais ...
Nous avons passé 10 jours agréables dans cette maison dont les atouts sont
sa situation SUR la plage, sa proximité du centre ville, la tranquillité, sa piscine et son équipement.
Quelques remarques cependant:
- ne convient que pour 2 couples (max. 3) et des enfants car les 2 lits en hauteur (2+2) sont difficiles d'accès pour des adultes (surtout chambre 3)
- la salle à manger ne possède que 4 chaises confortables (pour une occupation de 5 personnes ou plus, il faut des chaises de jardin)
- la proprio est trop pointilleux sur certains détails (ne pas monter l'escalier avec des chaussures, ne pas ouvrir les moustiquaires, nettoyer les douches)
- alors que la propreté après le nettoyage par la société laisse à désirer.
Mais en résumé très bon séjour surtout quand le soleil (sans tramontane) est de la partie

baignade + baignade + bien être = supers vacances
située dans un quartier très calme, tout à coté de la plage et à 3 minutes du centre ville, du marché, des halles, des commerces et restaurants, cette villa très bien équipée offre un havre de tranquillité avec sa terrasse en bord de piscine, son environnement de verdure, son équipement ménager et le confort moderne de son intérieur.
en compagnie de 2 adolescentes, 3 garçons de 6, 9 et 10 ans, 1 enfant de 3 ans et de mon amie, cette semaine de location à permis à chacun d'y trouver son plaisir entre plage, piscine, farniente et autres activités......de vacances.
la station de st Pierre est très familiale et l'étendue des plages du Languedoc Roussillon permettent à chacun de s'allonger sur quelques mètres carrés de sable sans empiéter sur la serviette de son voisin.
la cordialité du propriétaire et le professionnalisme de l'agence complètent l'intérêt que l'on peut porter à cette location.
