+ Great location, very close to a fantastic shopping mall with an excellent food court.
+ The reception staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
+ The bed was comfortable.
+ We booked a large suite that was spacious and very clean.
+ Complimentary juice was available at the reception throughout the day.
+ Upon my request, the lovely lady at the reception arranged a driver for our two-day excursions, which was very convenient and much appreciated.
- The pool did not appear to be very clean.
- Breakfast was disappointing. The selection and quality of the hot dishes and pastries were below expectations.
- The air conditioning behaved strangely. Even when set to 25°C, it continued blowing very cold air, making the room uncomfortable and sometimes too cold, even under the blanket.

Swimming pool and pleasant outdoor area around pool. Nice bar and reception area. The bedroom was fine. The hotel was a little out of the main city but taxis are cheap and I’m not sure that the city centre is that fab anyway so no problem with that. Blue and white temple are a good 30 mins drive apart so hotel is about in the middle between them. We ate and drank in the garden area which had live but not loud music. It was all a bit informal in the garden with burger/skewer/chips type food on offer but the food was fine.
Air con didn’t work well it was too hot maintenance man came and fixed vents but then it got progressively colder overnight - the switch didn’t seem to work to regulate the temperature. Pillows too hard and deep. Room ran out of toilet paper and we hadn’t used very much. There was very loud pumping music coming from an adjacent property that went on till about 12.
